at the begining i was interest to have a latitude one, consider their access to dock on the desktop mode. But it hard to find on the market. and then i found this series to home using. and i found myself get into it. easy to use, fun, yet still powerful to process high task.

slow
the slowest computer ever. freezes up. constantly rebooting. should have returned it in 30 days but I thought I had not updated it. time passed. sigh. Still using my last Dell that is at least 10 years old, it only required yearly service but now it will not remotely connect to internet so thought it was time for an upgrade. I was a loyal dell user. disappointed.

My computer is brand new, but it is constantly updating. This is kind of a hassle. Also, many of the apps I get don't work. Google chrome takes forever to download, and microsoft outlook just quit on me. Even though there are problems, the computer is a nice size and portable.

    Mistake
I am a college student that was searching for a new computer and I came upon this one. I loved the way it looked and felt and how easy it was to use. The first one of these computers, I took home and within two days it had frozen and made a very loud sound (the video below shows that incident). I returned that one and received a new one, only to have the same problem happen to this one, except instead of a frozen screen I got a black screen. Today marks one week from getting my second computer. I don't know what is happening to these computers, but I'm extremely unhappy with it.

Drawing Tablet with Built in Stylus
After purchasing the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 specifically for the drawing capability illustrated in the product details I was pretty let down with the Non Active Stylus that is provided with this system. It basically is a replacement for your finger and does not utilize the pressure sensitivity needed for a professional drawing tablet. I decided to try the Dell Active Stylus although there is no mention that it is compatible with this device. To my surprise the Dell Active Stylus works and it works GREAT. I could not be happier with this computer and it works perfect for sketching and drawing with the Active Stylus.

Terrible product. Will never recommend it to anyone.
My first laptop was a Dell one, seven years back, and it was great. Did not expect to find this new product to be this bad! Problems: Boots slowly, processes the smallest of commands slowly, and hangs or crashes if you happen to give 2-3 commands at once. It is so slow that sometimes it can't even keep up with normal speed typing. Here I should also mention that it is an absolute to pain to type on this laptop because the cursor keeps moving randomly. Touch and type get messed up often and the laptop doesn't switch smoothly. Some keys on the keyboard are dysfunctional and the trackpad is horrible! I regret having ordered this product, you can't even tell that this is a new laptop from the way it performs. Not worth the price at all, can't wait to switch. So sorry, Dell! I got a good first impression from the way it looks, but...

Great as a windows tablet or laptop (Model 7348)
So far I am very happy with this 2-in-1. I can use it as a tablet or a laptop which make it versatile. I got the i7 processor, but the 5400 rpm drive was really slowing it down. So I bought an equal sized solid state drive, imaged it, and installed it. I am keeping the original drive as a backup. With the solid state drive the performance has improved dramatically. I have a number of dell computers, and use an XPS One 2720 as my main computer, but this one comes in handy to watch TV or movies in the kitchen when I am stuck there preparing meals. It's also nice for following my favorite recipe sites. Although I use my XPS 2720 the most, this computer is really nice for the versatility and portability. I have noticed that the battery goes down pretty quickly, but that could have to do with some of my settings. I like to keep the brightness of the screen up and that drains the battery more.

    great latop
I always love Dell laptops because they are durable and last long. before i had the inspiron 1545 for 5 years and it still works and fast. the inspiron 7348 is light, long battery life, and hd screen. Its crazy fast. I like the built in keyboard light. I'm sad that it has a built in battery so I can't replace it on my own. Also, theres's no CD reader so I guess I have to buy that separate. screen rotation works fine for me, but i don't really rotate my screen at all, i'm comftorable with the notebook style. also, compare to other laptops, this one doesn't overheat as much.

Great Laptop for a Great Price
I bought this laptop because I needed a little more powerful machine for my everyday life. I do CRM development and administration and starting to branch off into my own consulting business by first helping non-profit organizations. I needed a laptop that would be trustworthy, light and protable. This laptop is fast with 5th Gen i7 processor, great memory and hard drive space. I love the keyboard and the touch pad works great for me. The fact it is a 2-in-1 is a bonus for and works well as a tablet.

    Very Good, Extremely Happy
I bought this laptop after having owned and used Dell laptops for about 10 years now. Have also used other brands of laptops like Lenovo and MAC. This laptop model is simply awesome and I am loving it. I went for the 8GB i5 processor, laptop works like a lightening. Display is good, there is no problem with the touch screen (so far in a week) unlike what some of the users had posted on other sites. One feature that would have been a HUGE bonus would have been if the micro pen can be used for handwritten notes in the tablet mode.
