Refurbished Dell desktop PC
So far it is working great. It has a warranty for one year. Anyone who is looking for a refurbished computer from Dell this is the way to go, without spending a lot of money. Even if it last for just two years, it is worth it.

Not worth the headache
Having purchased refurbished computers before, I didn't hesitate to invest in another. The computer arrived with no boot manager installed. contacting joy services is a experience I never want to re live. Long wait time, and when you finally get through your told tech will call you back. I never received a call. Days later when I finally got to speak to tech support, they sent out a Windows 7 cd for me to load. Needless to say this did nothing. Now I'm waiting on a new hard drive that I have to install. If your looking for something that you can plug in and have work, then I recommend a different company.

    Refurbished Dell with windows 7
    We had purchased another refurbished CPU and returned it as the web programs did not function correctly. We received this CPU and had the same problem. We have another original windows 7 so we could compare. Difference was that the new computer was loaded with Explorer 8 and mine had Explorer 11. Tried to download Explorer 11 but never could. Ended up installing Chrome as the default browser and all has been good since. Would be 5 stars except for the outdated Explorer that it comes with.

    Good enough
    Outdated but inexpensive and equal to the task for which I acquired it An improvement over the machine my 89 year old mother was using. More memory, more processing power but way behind the machines being manufactured now. It is capable of Internet use and word processing which is what is needed.

    faster than a speeding bullet!
    Great value and fast delivery. Only problem I had was moving software and documents from XP to Windows 7. It did not come with Microsoft Office which I needed. but... good deal.

    refurbished?
    I put refurbished with a question mark on my review summary because I would have never thought of buying something refurbished..especially a computer. I am delighted with this desktop pc! it does everything I need it to do and it was an easy set up. I am what you would call a senior (age wise) and I did not want anything too complicated for my needs, well I found everything I needed in this Dell and I would recommend it highly.

    Like new, excellent bargain!
    Arrived 3 days early. Product appears brand new. Easy hookup and worked right out of the box. It was a replacement for a very old PC and it meets my expectations and more. I have purchased other refurbished items from WalMart and they have all been excellent. Why spend more?

    Awesome computer for Simple Use home pc
    I am not computer savvy so I needed help setting this up ,,but it was very easy to figure out and I was able to connect everything by myself. Now that it is set up. I turn it on in the morning and it runs very smoothly and is very quiet which I like. My old computer was very big and bulky. This computer is smaller and will fit where you need it to.

    Great Deal on a good computer
    My refurbished Dell Optiplex came on time and was packaged like a new computer. The set-up was quick & easy. Just type in the windows 7 product code supplied by the refurbish-er and the updates install automatically with no issues. The computer is fast and appears to be in very good condition. I downloaded a free anti-virus and a free firewall and all the custom programs I use. It also works with my printer and router with no issues. I didn't want to replace my Windows XP machine with Windows 8, so I found this Windows 7 machine, and I'm very happy with it. I figure I saved hundreds of dollars by buying refurbished.

    This computer is a great find for people who are a little computer savvy. it comes with just the base operating system, windows 7 pro, no games. you have to download microsoft essentials to get windows live mail. this computer is fast and i expect it to last a long time. great computer for people that just do email, internet and games online. for a refurbished computer it is really clean.
