Good computer. Mostly quiet. Great for YouTube. Comes with everything but the monitor. I like it. Recycling a computer helps save the environment and saves money. win win

nothing but trouble for me
did not have games loaded when received. trouble connecting to the internet. i chose the wrong computer. contacted computer tech several timed. they never returned the first request!!

    Great computer
    I bought this a while ago and have had no problems at all with it. Works well for everyday computer things and photo projects. That's all I use it for and have no complaints

    my old computer was simply not working anymore reason why I decided to buy a new one but buying this refurbished one was the worst decision; I really don't know if is due to the after market keyboard & mouse included that will make this computer to freeze up all the time or what the deal is but the best to describe how this computer works its a dumb computer

    Great lil PC
    I do like the PC very much and everything EXCEPT the DVD Rom Drive works great! I called in to the warranty dept and was on hold for nearly 2 hours and they wanted me to either send the entire PC back (taking two weeks to fix) or I would have to pay my computer guy to take out the drive and they would send a new one. Either way...not happening after I just got all my "stuff and bookkeeping" on there. THE BRIGHT SIDE...I called WALMART.COM and got a very nice ,helpful young lady who was more then helpful...she was understanding and HUMAN! She offered a small discount to me for the inactive drive.. I feel much better, and every time I must put a paperclip in the tiny hole to access the drive in order that it MIGHT open, I won't feel so bad. I recommend this refurbished Dell to everyone..Just make sure your DVD Drive works BEFORE you transfer all you stuff on your new one, (I should have). Walmart is GOOD!
