Laptop good for only 1 year before parts breakdown from minimal use
Battery died just a week after the warranty expires. Will need to pay $230 for parts, labor and shipping. Seems unfair to pay 1/3 of the laptop cost for a 1 year old laptop that's barely used.

    Nice laptop for a good price
    Received on time as promised. Light weight laptop, stylish carrying case. However, carrying case is much larger for a 13" laptop. I'm fully satisfied with the purchase. Yes, I recommend this laptop

    My only big complaint is with the keys being silver makes it extremely hard depending on the light to see which key is what. Otherwise I love how sleek the laptop looks and so far has been easy to learn how to use

    Battery sucks. A fully charged battery works only for half an hour to hour not more than that. I am so frustrated with the battery..

    Loud fan, power supply issues
    I receive cryptic messages about power supply, and that say that the power supply cannot be recognized or something like that, and then super slow performance, in spite of the battery being actually 100% charged. Fan is loud and runs too much. Inexcusable for a machine this expensive.

    The fan is constantly loud and you have to update what feels like every other day to to tone it down at all.
