My first on-line ordering experience
Sizing was way off-I ordered size 13-14-the 2 pair I received were 12's at the most. Quality was good but I had to return. The shipping was very slow with several delays en-route. When the slippers arrived 6 days late the carton was mangled but the slippers survived.

    Run small
    Should have listened to the other reviews. They do run small. The 9-10 were very snug for a 9 1/2 foot. So order a larger size. They are made of a heavy felt. They look good but I don't think they would hold up over time. Returned to store and found a different pair that I am happy with

    Don't buy these if you wear shoes that have half.
    I wear Shoes in half sizes. These slippers are a problem to the extent that even though I bought the 11-12 Slipper size they do not fit properly. They are nice but the size differential is difficult.

    My husband has arthritis in his feet. He's very picky about his shoes but I took a chance and he loves them! Nice cushion, not too tight on his toes.
