Be sure to pump at least one day in advance
The trick with airbeds is to let it expand 1-2 times before you sleep on it to ensure the plastic is fully stretched out.

bulge
I have bought this before and did good but this time this mattress didn't last but one month I am sitting on it and a big hump in middle so cant use.I am disabled and for some reason this gives me the support I need but I just as well save up a little extra and get a firm regular bed. I used a sheet and comforter between me and bed for extra protection and only air up to almost firm and still bulged bad material I guess but when on a limited budget 25.00 for 1 month of use is a lot.with Walmart on airbeds they wont take back and on this one they did not offer a protection plan so its a gamble of is it going to be good this time or go out quickly.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/17/2017Good quality for the priceFor $25 this is a great deal. The bed stays in place when stacked ,of course you have to strap it snugly together. The hand pump is easy to use, doesn't take much Force. (I recommend using an electric pump, either Battery powered or plug- in to fill most of the bed , then use the hand pump to force more air in to make it firm. I prefer it firm and I noticed that the electric pump can only push so much air in . It works out great cause the electric pump does most the work) Overall I am happy with it, the hight is good when stacked and is comfortable enough for an air mattress, plus there's 2!!Newhouse

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/12/2017These are EXCELLENT!!I have bought a couple of these sets! One twin and one queen... Love them... They are excellent for guest staying over night..... We ordered them online and received them rather quickly.... I have had other air mattresses but they don't hold up like these... As long as you don't over inflate and do as instructions state.. we have never had a problem with these.....Thank You Walmart!chwi1950

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/16/2017SUPER value & Air mattress works! We replaced our old mattresses with this one. GREAT price and they worked!!! I hate to spend money on these things as they always leak and you end up on the floor in the morning. We used a power air pump and did an overnight test indoors before we used them and they did not loose air. Outside in the cold may be different if camping. Cannot speak to the quality of the foot pump, because we did not use but good to have if no electric around. Liked the height and firmness of the two together even with two adults. On our first outing we had more people that needed a place to sleep and we ended up splitting the set up. They worked great as a solo mattress as well. My only suggestion is that you get a carrying duffle bag. They are big, have no roll-up ties, and awkward to carry around.horsemom

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/10/2017AIRBED BULGINGThe product is good and serving it's purpose. However, I could not give it more than 3 star for these reasons: 1. It developed a bulge on one side though not affecting its performance 2. The hand pump couldn't do much, I had to buy the electric pump.Nigel

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/09/2017Wonderful PurchaseI over researched air mattresses and at the end dedcide to go with this one. Mainly based on price, reviews and the fact it was the two separate mattresses that hook together. I figured it one was crummy we could have a back up. Ha My husband and I took this with us on vacation and it slept amazingly!! It hardly lost any air throughout the night. We used both of them at the same time. We both woke up feeling great. Better than our EXPENSIVE mattress at home leaves us feeling. I would recommend buying an electric pump. I didn't want to go with a built in electric pump incase it died we wouldn't be able to use the mattress anymore. The hand pump that comes with it would get the job done also. I don't think I've honestly ever had an air mattress I would recommend. We slept on this a few nights and can not say a negative thing about it.Deedra

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/10/2016This is utter garbage.I would give it negative five stars if I could. I wasn't expecting too much for the price, but after one use, the mattressess dont hold air anymore- they deflate within a few hours. Intex customer service is rude and useless- even though the item is less than a month old they said they don't offer any sort of warranty or replacement. Save your money and just sleep on the floor because that's what you'll end up doing anyway.Tomm

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/17/2016Great Return on the Money$20 is a steal for a queen size airbed that can be detached to make a bigger sleeping area. The product photos don't give a good sense of scale, but each mattress is (ballpark) about a foot tall when fully inflated; even having read the product dimensions, I was pleasantly surprised by how big/tall both inflated & stacked mattresses were. I didn't mind inflating them by hand, but I did have some trouble keeping the hose fixed in place while operating the pump. I found myself having to use my feet on the pump pedals to keep it in place while using one hand to operate the pump and the other to hold the hose in the mattress air intake valve. Be prepared to spend a half hour playing a weird game of twister and getting a moderate core/arm workout each time you inflate them using the supplied pump, or spend some of that saved money on an electric pump.thechexican

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/01/2016So far so goodWe used one of the two so far for a few nights and after the first night we needed to fill it up again because it deflated a lot over night. After we inflated it again it has been fine and still firm. Thought at first there was a hole but I guess that's just normal to need to adjust the firmness once or twice before it stays that way. Really nice for the price, comfy and prefect to have on hand for guests.Brazilchick32
