Very Good Quality!
Was very pleased with this item, it's easy to use and the sound quality is really good. It's good to be able to listen to old cassettes that I thought I would never hear again! It is lightweight and compact, pretty simple to use and sound quality is great and good value for money. This product was easy to use. I was able to transfer my tape to my PC using the USB port, and copied it first time with no hiccups.

I cannot give ZERO Stars but that is what this is ....The company who sells this lied, it is not for Windows 10 it is only for Windos 2000, Vista and XP. In additon to that you must pay 29.90 amonth to upgrade to the Windows 10 version or the software will not work. I tried it on my cassette and it kept skipping i know that this tape does not have any skips in it and i go to the help page, Find out that you have to upgrade to have the software that works. I Would Not Buy This Item unless you are rich!!!!

    The earbuds aren't good at playing music. I hooked my quality earphones to it and it sounded very much better.

    Disappointed
    It was so cheaply built, I had to squeeze the tray closed so I could engage the play button. Half the time it would not work. The headphones that were included were built like a toy from a Happy Meal. This was a waste of time and money

    Junk Has a Buzzing From Drive Motors in Audio but i got it just to use during a power outage to pass time so it will serve its purpose.

    like the overall appearance and performance of the product. did NOT like that there is no DC cord with it. There is a DC connector on the cassette player, but with no power cord, must use batteries or order the cord separately.
