Love it in my office
I needed something small that I could just chill on when I wasn't doing work in my office or just needed a space to escape the rest of the craziness in my home. I like the different options to sit or lay. Because this is for my Harry Potter themed office, I like the pocket on the side to put my books.

Nice style, bad quality
The package was glued to a piece of sofa fabric, which made it very hard to unpackaged the item. In addition, several assembly holes are not set right, the screws at best cannot go all the way through. This happened in a few holes of the four legs. Huge quality issue. It's very concerning the stability of this sofa.

The base cushion is hard as a rock. I tried getting a cushion made for a patio loveseat to make it bearable, but it's an odd size and I couldn't find anything that fit correctly. I'm looking at having a pad custom-made for it which is going to cost a ton of money on top of what I paid for the loveseat. I might consider returning it, but the box was all torn up when I got it and I just can't imagine how I would be able to get it back to Walmart.Unknown

However, the dimensions listed on the ad are inaccurate. It's longer than described, which is inconvenient given the reason behind choosing this couch was for it to fit in a very limited space. I could overlook that if the couch was decent quality, but the seat has already started visibly breaking down after normal use. When a 130 lb person sits on the couch a few hours per day and after 2 weeks you can see each butt cheek imprinted in the couch and it's visibly sagging in that spot, it's incredibly disappointing. Not to mention it's pretty hard and there is maybe 2 inches of fabric between your butt and the wood within the bench. Unless you want just to look at it from afar, choose a different couch.Julian

Based on other reviews, I MacGyver-ed the back cushion - since it is basically a body pillow against the back bar. I taped on some cardboard from the box, and put fabric adhesive velcro to the cushion against the cardboard. This could be done in a more upscale way probably, but it's not facing out so at least it helps keep the cushion in place and is more comfortable to lean back on. Arms are sturdy and go down/up easily. Teal color is lovely and is mostly as pictured, maybe a little darker in person. I thought the bench seat would just be foam but it has springs in it, which makes it feel sturdier. Would maybe not recommend for heavy use (kids jumping, etc.) but seems like it will be great for two adults. I threw some wood grain contact paper and gold washi tape on the legs, easy to do if you don't want chrome.april

Mine has a sharp protrusion coming out one of the sides. I just put this thing together. It is visible and you can feel it. Some sort of metal is heading out the side and causing the protrusion. Seems like it cannot be fixed. But again, why would I need to fix something new? Here pictures of both sides. One with the protrusion, one withoutAMaria
