Ice cream in minutes!
Very pleased with this purchase. Softserve ice cream in 21 minutes. It is so nice and convenient. Recipes are easy. I have many Cuisinart kitchen items and have never been disappointed!

Cracked Lid
I love the maker, it works well and is easy to use. I wish the clear cover was a little sturdier, mine cracked the second time I used it.

    Fast and delicious homemade ice cream.
    Great ice cream maker. Enjoying be able to make homemade ice quickly. The recipes that came with the freezer are good. With a little creativity you modify the recipes and come up with more flavors. Follow the instructions for care and use. As recommended, we store the container in the freezer inside a 2 gallon freezer bag. After use I rinse the freezer container in cool water, dry it and return it to the freezer immediately.

    I am amazed by how easily this machine makes the most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had. Also, it’s wonderful to know exactly what ingredients go into it! No more chemicals or additives. I still have a lot of recipes I want to try with this machine, but it’s hard to move on when the ones I’ve already tried were so delicious!

    I bought this Cuisinart soft serve ice cream maker and we love! it. its just like when you go to those facy frozen yogurt shops. it's become our weekend treat. it does come with natural recipes to make healthy style We bought a couple of different brands of the mix in flavor powder. we got the brand Frostline in Vanilla and Chocolate flavors and we got Dole brand Mango flavor they're all good. some peoples reviews said they did not know how to mix the powder ratio because the packages are made for industrial machines. we buy the big bulk size bags because they are a great value. for the FROSTLINE brand is lactose free but I do mix with 2 cups low fat milk to 1 and 1/2 cups powder --- the DOLE brand is thicker so I mix 2 cups low fat milk to 3/4 powder mix. I mix in a stainless steel bowl with just a wire whisk and put in the fridge for 15 minutes to chill a little then put into frozen ice cream maker bowl. takes perfect 25 to 30 minutes to get perfect soft serve. you can use water instead milk if you like. these directions make serving size for 8 to 10 cones easily.

    Pure Indulgence Ice Cream Maker - Oh So Fabulous!
    I've made lots and lots of homemade ice cream since I was little - mostly with ice, rock salt, and electric churns, but I also used a hand churn when I was young. I'd have to babysit the churn if I wanted it to freeze quickly and the noise of the electric churn and ice/rock salt was, well, irritating. Cuisinart has hit this one out of the park! The Pure Indulgence 2 Qt Frozen Yogurt-Sorbet & Ice Cream Maker worked perfectly and was quiet! I made strawberry cheesecake ice cream that was oh so fabulous!
