Disappointed with walmart.com purchase delivery.
I am reviewing the online purchase and shipment of this series, not the series itself. I purchased this 12/23/2020 on WalMart.com as a gift. It arrived Sunday 12/27/2020. Fast, right? You get what you pay for. Complete series in DVD sleeves plastic wrapped with shipping label sticker on outside of plastic wrap. No bubble wrap. No shipping box. No protection other than plastic wrap. I received notification item was delivered. I walked down to our gate and saw box on ground - direct ground contact - damaged - two corners torn. I wanted to exchange this for what I ordered - a new complete DVD set of the series. Not an option - out of stock. You get what you pay for. Best price but in the end a damaged item. Very disappointed.

    Came on time, wasn't damaged, BUT "disc four" of season five wasn't in there .the back says season five had six disc but disc four is missing. Other than that everything was there and only works on newer models DVD PLAYERS. DON'T THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE DISK UPGRADE DVD PLAYERS. GET A DVD PLAYER THAT PLAYS BOTH BLURAY AND REGULAR DVDS.

    No damage please.
    Received my first order damaged. Case 9-12 seasons upper corner smashed. Returned for refund. Received my second order damaged. Exterior cardboard case smashed in two corners, 13-15 seasons case cracked and chipped in/on binder. Looks like it came that way from the factory. Missing plastic pieces that should have been in the case or case packaging.
