    Every crayon was broken.
    Every single one of the crayons was broken off at the tips. It doesn't matter to me, as I purchased these as a grandmother to resupply my crayon box. But it would certainly be a problem for someone else!

    Careless service
    First of all half my order wasnt even delivered and I had to call customer service to issue and customer service wasn't an issue however when I finally did receive the replacement items both boxes of crayons were busted open as though they were thrown into the box carelessly and broke!

    I couldn't believe when I opened the bag - the box appeared to be crushed, the crayons were out of the box all scattered through the bag, and some of the crayons were broken :(

    Crayons are fine but they were shipped in a large box. The pack of course came open during shipping and we're all over the box.
