Bad insulation materials!
The exhaust nozzle comes in two pieces that that should lock in together doesn't hold. It comes with two window slides the second piece is way to long and I didn't get a drain hose which I thought came with it. They told me to go buy a drain hose and cut the slides to fit the window. Well for the nozzle that keeps popping apart they totally didn't refer to it at all. The video they have on line show you nothing and I now can see why . I'm gonna make a real video on how to put this together. I want a new nozzle that stays together without reinforced taping please!

    You get what you pay for.
    It's loud, the hose that you need to drain the water from the back wasn't in the box like it said. Overall it cools the living room down but i was expecting it to be more colder.

    Keeps the room cold ! Brrrrrrr
    I put this in a bedroom and it works wonderful! I am so happy with this unit. I have a large home and I have purchased these for the bedrooms to help not run the central air unit on days I don't want to kick the air on. I live in missouri and we go from cold to hot on any given day. So these are a blessing to me!

    Don't waste your time.
    Not even a month in, “E5” error code - try checking the water tank, no water drains, on manual there's not even an e5- call the manufacturer they say it's a known issue and they refer me elsewhere. When emailing back and forth they asked for a pic to see if wires connected to water pump properly. Open the back you can't get past the coils to even see. They offer 150$ as compensation for a tech to look at it. I said I'm not getting a tech when it hasn't even been a month yet. Then they offer full refund and keep the unit. Call around there's not even a tech that can order parts off their site to repair. Don't waste your time.

    Not a magic bullet, but ok.
    The unit is "ok", but since I have an old house with individual windowpanes, I had to break out one of the panes so I could run the hose out of the window and then enclose/fill the leftover space with wood. It's cumbersome, kind of like having an elephant in the living room, and it reminds me of the robot in Lost in Space. I honestly think a window air unit is more efficient and obviously takes up less space. I can't tell the air is being cooled anywhere in the room except where it's pointed. I haven't gotten my first electric bill to see if there is any cost efficiency or if it raised my bill.

    Not satisfied with quality
    Purchased in June by September the cooling mode stopped working. Now having to use my fan until I hear back from seller after sending them an email.

    Good but loud
    This works really well. It is a bit louder than I though, it can be hard to hear the TV sometimes but if you get a system down for cooling down your room its not a problem.
