    I purchased this air conditioner last July and used it for about two months. It's now 10 months later and when I went to use it this year there is no cool air coming out of it. It seems the compressor let go. Now I'm having a hard time with walmart either sending someone to look at it or replace it. Be careful when you by an air conditioner at the end of the season. It might bite you where the sun doesn't shine

    Give it a 4 I like the price.
    I took the air conditioner out the packing and prior to putting it in the window the top left in the back is all dented in and need to be picked up.

    Great Cooling Area and remote is a plus
    This is a pretty powerful AC. The moment it was turned on in the living room I could feel they cold air in the kitchen. love it, it does a great job and not too noisy at all. definitely want another. Had to turn it up because it became too cold in the house. I love it. I have put an 18" pedestal fan directly in front of the AC to push the cold air around. House temps went from 85 to a cool 72 in a short time.

    Great A/C for the price
    The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because, I couldn't fit it in the small window I have because of 2 metal squares at the bottom that hold the side panels, they could've been smaller, to much space taken away. Other than that it's great, cools our room and the kids room with out being on for to long. Will recommend.

    I am very happy with this product
    Well had a little problem at first because someone made a mistake over there with the order and I received two cool living 10000 btu the same day and I only ordered one I tried to catch the Fedex person but he had left so I get in touch with Walmart right away to return one of the items made an appointment with the Fedex I was emailed a label but my printer was giving me trouble so when they came to pick up the package they could not take it so I had to make another appointment that was done and the package was pick up wanted to wait to return this other package before I could set up my air conditioner everything work very well no problem so far and I love it very easy to put together works great
