Cheap
Hands down, the worst straightener I have ever purchased. I got this as a last minute replacement while on vacation, and ended up doing without because it took three times as long to straighten my hair. It is lightweight, which is usually great, but I was actually expecting the thing was going to fall apart in my luggage on the way back home due to it being cheaply made

    I will say Walmart gave no problems for return
    I returned this item. When I received the item the package appeared to have been opened the item used. I returned it to the nearest Walmart and went on Ebay bought a “Chi”.

    Terrible!
    Bought after my salon quality flat iron wore out, and I didnt want to spend that much. Worst decision ever! It takes 5 times as long to straighten my hair, and still ends up a little wavy in spots. I have thick, wavy/curly hair, that usually straightens with no problem on the first pass I will definetly invest the money in a higher quality flat iron next time.
