Nice tent but it is not 14x10
Set up the tent without a problem, it really is a two person set up - but first time to set it up took about a 20 minutes. But then I measured it - from pole to pole it is 13'4" x 7'11" - not even close to the 14x10 description. I'm sending it back!

    Roomy and sturdy
This is such a great tent! Roomy, big windows and does very well in rugged weather!

    Could be better
I was excited to get this new tent but it does have an issue. The material that holds the light switch and light could be better material because it dry rots quickly and the wires fall down and the holder to the light is creating stress on the tent. If cotton material would have been used beside the tent material then perhaps it would last for years. Clearly this is a design flaw. The fix is easy.

    The Envy of the Campsite
We love this tent! It's vertical walls allow movement throught the 12x24 area with ease. The 6 huge windows and fully screened roof allow for plenty of ventilation on those hot days. We have a queen size mattress in there with a small card table and camping chair for changing clothes or just chillin. We bought our 4 years ago and were the envy of the campgrounds. Now everyone has one! It's built well. No leaks in a good rain. I can set this up by myself in 20 minutes. The combination light/fan with a wall switch is awesome!

Stood up to harsh weather very well
We took this out for the first time last weekend. Wasn't sure what to expect after the reviews I read about the fan/light. And I've used my Colman Dome tents in bad weather and wind very successfully but was a little worried about the cabin style in wind and rain. It set up easy and was nice and tight. Light and fan worked perfectly. Ran it for 2 nights on Salem battery's and it was fine. It rained hard several times and it was dry. A little noisy but stayed dry. The second night we had 20-30mph winds, gusts up to 40. It was awesome. No problems. There was about 20 family's with us at this scouting event. A bunch were in their cars in the morning because their tents came down. We were dry and tight in the morning.. Great buy...

The most awesome tent I've ever had!!!
We've owned 4 tents over the past 20 years and this is by far my favorite. First and foremost, it was so easy to put together, it was up in minutes our first time with barely looking at the directions- very intuitive. Second, it's HUGE! My husband and I joked that our first apartment may have been smaller. I love the height and how I can stand up inside to move around and change. I love how Coleman puts in screen tops in their tents, allowing us to wake up looking up into the trees and still keeping the privacy on the sides with the windows up. It's open and airy and I think will be hard to beat. Finally, the light/ fan feature built into the unit is genius! I love the glow switch right by the door for easy locating and turning off and on. The light is just the perfect amount to see what you are doing without being blinded. No more crawling around looking for the lantern or head lamp when you need some light. The fan is pretty powerful for being so small and offered great circulation with the fly off and the screen top. I can also see that a lot of attention to detail was placed in designing this tent- Well placed pockets, not overly engineered risking wear points and very sturdy. Being in Washington State, water is always a concern. I like that the bottom seem doesn't sit on the ground, but a few inches above, as I think this will reduce the stress on the seams at the base and ensure we stay dry even with a wet ground or some sprinkles. Highly recommend this tent for "glampers" like us who love to get outdoors and want to be very comfortable while doing it!

    Nice Family Tent
This tent goes together quickly and easily and provides plenty of space for a family. We put two queen size air mattresses in the tent and still had plenty of space for bags and walking around. They height of the tent is fantastic as is the light and fan.

    Problem with fan/ light attachment
The piece of plastic that is designed to hold the fixture in place does not work. It is too small, the weight of the fixture pulls it apart from the ceiling plate.

    Festival Ready!
We used this for Okeechobee Music Festival and it was amazing. Quite easiest tent to set up possible. Higher recommend two ppl for this. The windows while the wind was blowing allowed maxium air flow, and closed during the night allowed maxium warmth.
