My 8-year old son saved up and bought this with his own money. It came mostly assembled with very few remaining steps to complete it. After buying oil and gas we were able to get it started with little effort. The idle needed adjusting to stay running. The instructions say to take it to a certified service center for this adjustment, but it was easy to do ourselves by looking up the manual for the similar Coleman CT100U mini bike which has a section on adjusting the idle. The gas powered engine is not too loud and no neighbors have complained about our boys riding up and down the street. Tons of fun. It feels very durable. Plus it looks way cooler than other bikes for kids because it looks "real". Well, it is real; only smaller.

do not buy anything from coleman!!! my son got a mini bike for Christmas and the engine has a whole in the top of it after day 2. I called customer service. Put in the claim and immediately emailed them the info. Sent multiple emails asking for update and when i finally called back a different guy tells me that the first guy only does golf carts? Then i have to re-send my info to a new guy and get no response from him. If the bike works your good, if not kiss the $$ goodbye.

    The kid loves it, really easy to operate, good quality and great looks,; not heavy easy to take anywhere. The speed setting is great. WE recommend it to anyone, this little bike is way better than the electric ones.

    Sent faulty product! Leaks gas and customer service decline to fix. Coleman Powersports has terrible products and even worse customer service management. DO NOT BUY!!! They sent product rigged and not fixed, see below.

    Don't listen to the negative reviews
    I'm 5'8 145 pounds I've had the bike for 6 months now, it's still riding great. If you plan to ride this on the street be prepared to replace the tires, I think these were designed for dirt trails not hot roads. My only complaint is that since the rear sprocket is so big sometimes I scrape it on bumps. Fix this by simply buying a bigger back tire or keeping it inflated to max pressure, there are plenty of forums online with the exact size that will work.

    Came with a broken brake handle!!
    Everything else was fine! just delivery of it was like they didn't care how it was handled!! Sure hope they could replace it? Will let everyone know if they do so u know how customer service is?! Hope its good!!

    We had a hard time getting it to stay started. When we were finally able to, the chain popped. The chain repeatedly popped. My son had it for less than a week and wasn't able to enjoy it for his birthday.

    For such a small bike its pretty fast if you the the governor off nice size im 200 lbs rides good always starts right up i would recommend good for adults and kids

    just got this delivered my son has been waiting forever for this. Upon trying to put it together we discover that the metal chain guard is bent and pushed into the chain and the bushing in the axle for the front tire is bent and the bolt won't go through.

    Do not buy a Coleman 100cc minibike
    Although the price is enticing do not buy. I repeat do not buy. I dont blame Walmart, I blame Coleman. Poor and very weak power. It struggled to go up a slight incline. I cant see anyone driving it within the recommended age. It was a struggle to start and after riding five minutes it would not start again. I also have the 200cc camo version with bigger tires and bought it used with no issues. Although this machine came in good packaging, was easy to put together, I am super disappointed. We were looking for my daughter and nephew to get into riding and it has been a total disappointment. We bought a 49cc dirtbike And its night and day! That is why Im so disappointed in Coleman..... I have contacted their call center multiple times with no call back and no answers. (888-405-8725). Ive owned and maintained over 25 different types Motorized vehicles. There is a clear disconnect with quality as to the longevity of the engine. Call it 1 in 50 that was bad but this is terrible. This falls back on the manufacture to have better standards. Ive watched plenty of YouTube videos and they literally have to break the engine down to take the governor out to get another few RPM and MPGs. Coleman redesign your Trail bikes, this is not good. Give it the ability to turn up the power. Disappointing Christmas present. And they will not take it back if its gas powered At walmart. Good luck. It cost more money to bring to a mechanic to look it over then its actually worth. Oh and Im still WAITING for my callback COLMAN ANDREW. 1/5/2021

    Great product!
    This bike arrived on time, actually ahead of time, in excellent condition. No damage to package or bike. Very easy to put together, literally only a few bolts. It took me about 15 minutes. Please be sure to clean your gas tank BEFORE adding fuel (non ethanol fuel only). We did not do that and the carb became clogged with dirt from the factory. It would run 10 minutes then flood due to the carb float not working properly. I removed carb and cleaned with carb cleaner. Problem fixed and rides like a champ. Very easy to work on this bike. Everything is easy to access and work on. My 12 yr old really enjoys it. Ps loosen the governor screw to make it much faster!
