Works for seniors
Great back and hip support, we use them while fishing, so sitting sometimes long periods of times we find them very comfortable. They also look great. The only complaint is that they are hard to close.

This product is a joke dont waste your money !!!
Purchase 2 of the chairs they lasted less than 7 months, comfortable but cheap out on the quality material use for the seats , Will not buy again I really thought Colman was known for there quality, beware you will find yourself sitting on the ground !!

    Bought 4 and within first year 3 of them frayed at one side of the back. Quite dissatisfied with the quality.

    Not a replacement for Maccabee camp chairs
    We were looking for chairs similar to our friends Maccabee chairs, and these looked closest, but they are lower than hers, heavier, and the bottoms can scratch our deck. We were especially disappointed that hers were about 3 inches higher both the seat and the arms. I guess we will keep looking. But we will keep them.

    Great even in soft beach sand!
    Awesome chair for the beach! Worked great in very soft sand, didn't sink too low, perfect for anyone with bad knees who can't get out of a very low sand chair. If the back was slightly higher and had backpack straps, I'd give it 5 stars but I understand it's a camping chair, not technically a beach chair and those are the only two things I wish it had.

    Instructions can be very helpful
    The chair was delivered at my door in a large cardboard box (not fitted to the size and form of the chair). There was no instruction material that showed how to expand the chair and to fold it up. After some experimenting with the chair I was able to get it snapped into its form ready to sit in. It took some effort which wasn't expected. Then I went to work trying various ways to get it folded up, which took a while. I wondered if everyone who buys this chair was able to figure out how to put it into use. Also, the description of the chair online claimed a weight of 3 pounds. It weighs close to 8 pounds.

    The back ripped open. I've barely used it.
    We occasionally took this chair to our kids' baseball games. It just self-destructed after being used maybe 10 times over just two summers. It's disappointing -- our previous Coleman chairs lasted nearly 20 years.

    Great chair!
    My wife needed a sturdy chair to use at the beach that was high enough to be comfortable to get in and out of and this one filled the bill. It is light, sturdy, opens and closes relatively easily and looks good too! Reasonably priced and in strong aluminum, appears it is going to last a long time

    Great chair so far
    My husband was looking for a comfortable, camping type chair with "runners" on the bottom instead of 4 separate legs. He fishes on a pontoon often & has had several regular camping chairs that has broken while trying to scoot back & forth on the boat. He hasn't gotten to take this one on the boat yet but he sat in it on the carpet & was able to slide the chair back & forth like he would on the boat & so far it's holding up just like he had hoped. I would have given it 5 stars if we had used it long enough to know if it will last more than 1 fishing season.

    Camping/Lawn Chairs
    We were very pleased with these chairs. My husband is a large man and we are always worried that regular lawn chairs will not support him. We took these chairs with us on a recent camping trip and he was able to sit comfortably in them and feel secure with the support. We like how the legs are square instead of the regular individual legs. I am short and had to put a pillow behind me to take up some of the room behind me but this chair is great for anyone of larger girth and weight. Really glad we choose these chairs.
