Super fun!
This is the perfect pool for summer fun. We have been enjoying swimming daily and having so much fun with family and friends. Setup was super easy once got everything leveled up in the yard. The instructions were easy to read and the pieces just snapped to together perfectly. My favorite features of this pool are the water jets and the lights that light up the pool at night. The kids have been having fun swimming and like this pool way better than our other pool we did have up. Cleaning is easy and the pump and ladder works great. I will enjoy many more summers with the swimming pool. Maintenance is a breeze and you and your family I'm sure will enjoy this as much as we do.

Came busted all up pieces in side all loose and it has someone else address as if they return it back to Walmart. Box was delivered half wrapped up with plastic trying to keep box and items in.

    Very frustrated with the process of getting assist
    Still missing the part that goes in the hole marked A. I have called Coleman twice….they submitted tickets to best way ( who only uses the Coleman name) no success I have called bestway 2 different numbers on 3 occasions. I have submitted call back tickets thru bestway website….still have not returned my calls or request. The children are unable to enjoy the pool due to the open hole and water level not reaching the pump. I just need the part…. Please

    Love this pool fits great in smaller yard, all pieces came as advertised, I got a nicer pump meant for this size pool and everything works great, it's a good sized pool without being too big or too small, perfect for me and my husband

    Perfect for a narrow back yard!
    Love this pool! I wanted to downsize from my 18' round pool to something smaller because of my narrow yard but decided to get this and it is basically the same size, just a different shape and uses my yard space a lot more efficiently!! I love it!! The most important detail you need to take your time on is leveling the ground first to make things go so much easier!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase ?

    Great summer pool
    We love this pool! It was perfect for our 5 year old to touch the bottom but big enough for our family of 4 to splash and play around. She learned to swim in this pool as well as I could lay on a float and float around with ease and comfort. Assembly would recommend two people as well as take down but I did take it down myself. We are planning to store ours for the winter. I did not level the area well enough and was maybe a 5 in difference in two spots. I drove my husband nuts with worrying if it would collapse but it surely did not even with 8 kids in the pool rough housing for a swim party. The filtration system is cheap but it worked fine for us as long as u kept on top of cleaning it of debris and kept the chemicals up. We bought a battery operated vacuum to help us with that. It is a bit annoying having to plug the hoses off to change the filter but I think that is pretty standard with these pools. All in all love it and the design of the wall is a nice change from the standard blue color. When filling the walls will bow in and fix themselves once you fill to the top.

    Shipping is a nightmare.
    Shipping was a nightmare. They lost the item after saying it was out for delivery and I took the day off to wait for it. After numerous phone calls over weeks the company said they found it and would get back to us when it was ready to be delivered. No phone calls or message from the company, but it was finally delivered without notification outside our gate. The box was destroyed. We almost returned it, but it seemed everything was intact and we didn't want the hassle of getting it shipped again. We took our chances but when we assembled it the pump lid was cracked.. Would NOT purchase again!

    we also have water leaking where the jet comfort massager is, also the vinyl does not wrap around the poles rendering is useless now. noticed after putting water in it. you can tell it was never even glued ot sewn to the liner of the pool. there has been a lot of money and hard work put into leveling our yard and to have this happen is very frustrating. also not having any luck reacking coleman or bestway. i want a refund or for them to send a new pool. this is unacceptable.
