Best smart watch I have.
I have a few smart watched but I hate the screens. It so nice to have a watch that has all the features I care about (auto setting, alarms, and notifications) without the annoying LCD screen. I even had fun watching videos and reading the instructions to figure out how to use it.. Took me like an hour to setup, but it is worth it!

The Bluetooth feature would not sync with my iPhone. The watch was nice but I bought for the Bluetooth feature. Couldn't get it to work so the watch went back.

    Best smart watch I have.

    Smart stylish and clean
    This is a fine timepiece that I would recommend to any of my friends and associates. It's clean lines complement my clothes and the ease of setting up the features with the associated app are a fine touch. It pairs smoothly with my phone and provides an unobtrusive interface. Excellent work.

    Purchased watch one month ago. Important to download instructions and read. Still not sure how some functions work, but will figure it out as instructions are not clear. Like the design, quality and value.

    Perfect watch for me
    Had a Pebble and it was okay. Cheap looking & not allowed at Blackjack tables: "NO SMART WATCHES". Only want to know when I get calls, texts, etc. Being hard of hearing, I welcome the vibration on my wrist. Dynamic look, as well!

    Bluetooth connectivity barely ever works
    Wanted to support a more tech-focused product but have been very disappointed by the quality. It's marketed as a Bluetooth enable watch but those Bluetooth features just don't work reliably. The Android app barely even loads, 99% of the time it's just a black screen that force closes. There's no way I could ever rely on the notification features because every time i look down at my wrist it's showing disconnected. The watch is nice looking but the Bluetooth features are a disappointment. Further, I bought the watch and had it sized right at the Flagship NYC store but the pins fell out not even an hour later and the entire band came apart. I'm afraid to even wear the watch because other pins look loose and will probably fall out soon. Lastly, there was no warranty card included in my purchase, so getting repairs will be difficult.

    Bluetooth connectivity distance is lower than expected, and charging requires extremely bright light. Watch looks nice on my wrist, though. Cell phone app needs improvement.

    Love this watch
    This is my third Citizen watch. I really like the no battery ever Eco-Drive and I haven't even entertained a watch that must have a battery installed. The Proximity watch as it is more "dressy", and when I have my phone in a suit pocket I don't always feel the vibration of the phone. With the Proximity watch, I get the alert on my wrist allowing to catch every call and text.

    Beautiful Timepeice
    I bought this watch primarily as a long term solution for my watch needs. I was very pleased with the precision of the aesthetic and functions of the watch with the minor exception that the Bluetooth connection may be a little temperamental once in a blue moon. Overall a quality purchase, and for its price I would comfortably recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
