Great buy
Awesome grill!!! Its huge and the same price as the $97 348 sq inch grill they have at Walmart. Of course only because it is at discounted price at the moment so this is definitely a great buy. Regular $120. Very well made product. Cant wait to grill on this thing!!

Not a good experience
I ordered this grill online assuming it would come in good shape. It was dented, making the cover fit crooked. The picture of the thermometer on the ad was false. It doesn't show any temp reading. I am very dissatisfied

    decent grill so far..
    Very easy to assemble, Did it by myself. So far so good. The only complaint i have is the packaging was really messed up upon delivery. Part of the barrel was damaged, one of the corners of the lid was scraped where the box was torn away and part of the bottom is bent to where the top grill doesnt set in it like the other peices, it is very snug.

    A sturdy Dinosaur with many faults!!!
    The times I have used this item the temperature gauge has not worked "AT ALL". It might be sturdy but that is all it has going for it. Now I have to purchase a temperature gauge for this Dinosaur. I have only used it for Rib steaks and Pork loins. A functioning gauge is important to me. There are probably guys and gals who might think I am making a big deal over a gauge, so be it. When I purchase an item, I hope that everything is accounted for and will perform as expected. I'm sorry I received this item from my girlfriend as a gift. If I had been involved in choosing a grill, I would not have picked this particular one.

    Great grill Great price
    Love the size of the grill I bought one for my husband and one for my grandson who started bar- b-queing as soon as he set it up. It cooks great he loaded it up with chicken, hamburger, hot dogs, italian sausage rib pieces , onions and some other meat all at the same time amazing. It was easy to assemble, the only thing I had misgivings about was both boxes they were delivered in was pretty beat up and partially open we took the worse looking box because it looked like it was opened and returned but all the pieces were there.

    The was a little scratched when I got it out the box and the part that holds the charcoal rake had a broken part that will need to be rewelded. The same rack was not secure so we had to bend it to stop it from falling off when you opened/closed the grill. It's sturdy, and does what I need it to do for the price of a grill this size.

    This makes the second one I've owned, I still use the 1st one I purchased and has lasted for years. I am so pleased with the product when I found this grill on sale I bought it. Hopefully Char-Broil quality stays the same or improves and I will purchase a 3rd grill in the future.

    Great grill, we purchased our first grill same as this one and it lasted 8 years, and let me tell you we used it to death. For my husbands birthday he asked for another grill, he mentioned he would like to have the same kind if i could find it. I found it on good Ole Wal Mart website, he was very excited. Thank you Wal Mart.

    CharBroil 48" American Gourmet 800 Series Charcoal
    Arrived very quickly. My son and I assembled the unit in just about an hour and a half. Needed a screwdriver and a wrench. Easy to assemble. Appears to be a very durable unit. Washed the grates and oiled the interior as instructed. Has a huge grill space. Fired the unit up and enjoyed some very tasty rib eyes, barbecued chicken and grilled veggies. Am looking forward to many more grill outs with the family on this fantastic outdoor grill !

    I bought this bar-b-que because i bought one in 1998 and it lasted 16 years. It does great ribs, fajitas, steaks, smoked sauage, and burgers. It has all of the features that I need.
