Great deal
Ordered this grill from Walmart.com. It arrived unbelievably fast, free shipping. Put it together and grilled burgers the same evening. Cant beat it for $100.

Great product when assembled at factory.
Our first Char-Broil 2-Burner lasted six good years. It came assembled at the store. The unit in question (an identical replacement) came in a box with so so instructions. After three hours of careful assembly with the help of my wife we came to the final step, connecting the bottom tub to the assembled frame. The four screw holes on the tub did not match the holes on the side frames. Mixup of parts? We wasted more time disassembling it and returned the unit to the nearest store.
Lesson learned: Product only as good as its parts.

I put it together myself both times and while it is completely in pieces I didn't have a problem with it. I didn't want a big fancy grill or a big price tag so this is perfect for me and what I need.beave02

Our last grill was just like this and only lasted about three seasons. The new one has more plastic and is lighter weight. With a couple of discounts and gift cards was able to purchase for under $60. Wouldn't pay anymore than that. But the more expensive grills don't last either so the aren't any better options.OHIOfans

Got this one three days after I ordered it, even though I chose free shipping. The expedited shipping which was much more expensive had promised delivery the day AFTER I got mine. I had to assemble the whole thing, no words, just pictures for directions. I would have preferred some words as I put the first parts together wrong and had to take back apart and reassemble. All in all not horrible, but as I am disabled with very bad back, a couple pieces were challenging. I put the whole thing together in my kitchen so I could be inside and sit on a step stool. Finally used it last night. I gave four instead of five stars because I'm not sure how it will hold up, and it seemed to be very hot even on low setting. But overall, I am thrilled to have a grill again. I did get a 60" grill cover for it, which seems a little big, but has Velcro tabs on both sides so at least it stays in place. This fall I'm going to store it the garage so I can avoid some of the weather. All in all very pleased.Clairadrial

That was my biggest shopping mistake ever.... BUY IT PREASSEMBLED!!!! It's not worth your aggravation because the instructions are written in alien language and there are a million. This one does not have the upper grilling shelf so I used the one off the old grill. Also I drilled a hole in each of the two legs that touch the ground so that water will drain out of them. Used the grill immediately and has continued to operate and hold together, yay! I don't need bells and whistles on my grill, just a starter and sturdy enough grill to use 3-4 times a week. Not clear instruction/picture of how burner assy mounts to top rails. It only goes one way and we had to backtrack to get it on. No registration card for item.
