Hard cured anchovies
These anchovies are apparently cured longer than most. They are thin and fairly hard. They are thus ill suited for salads. Their flavor was also stronger with a slight near metallic after taste. They may be better suited for mincing into a sauce or soup. Walmart did provide a full refund for the remainder of the case.

    Tried new product because of a familiar brand name
    My family likes anchovies. We make a lot of Caesar salad and put it on pizza too. I have used Cento brand tomato products so the brand was familiar. Did not know they had anchovies.
