    Not a big fan of the taste of ginger so i steep it shorter than recommended, thats me personally (only reason why i removed 1 star). But I will tell you if you have an upset stomach or nausea this does help; even if its just temporary relief and is safe to drink while pregnant. That is why I use this product, it does as what ginger tea is known for. If you enjoy the taste, more power to you and an even better benefit for you.

    Probiotics work.
    Stronger taste than the ginger and honey, but it seems to be working on my upset GI system. Just add some more honey from your pantry to smooth out the strong flavor.

    Warm, Soothing Tea
    This is a nice, warming tea that is gentle on the stomach. It is especially nice when you need a little help with digestion. I like the slightly spicy, warmth of the ginger and flavors of cinnamon and cardamom in this tea. It's great to have a tea that is caffeine-free so I can enjoy it anytime, and is also good for me with probiotics and herbs.
