AWESOME !!!
This playground i great. Looks nice. Perfect for the kids. Directions are very easy to understand. If you have 2-3 adults working on it, then maybe itd take 2 whole days. I worked on it 1 1/2 hours during the week days and then finished it on a saturday. Saturday spent most of the day on it. Mostly 2 woman put this together,,, with a little help from a man.

Very disappointed in this set. Poor quality. We had a cheap set we had bought years ago at Walmart and decided to upgrade for our grandkids. The wood is so light. The kids can't swing at the same time, they hit each other. The swings are to close and you can't spread them out. Just no happy with the set for the price. I consider this a big purchase and expected more for my money. Would not recommend it. If we did not have so much time in it putting it together I would return.

    Everything a kid could ask for! Swing set is very sturdy for about 2-3 kids to play on at a time. The cedar wood makes the whole area smell so good! Really love all the fun accessories it comes with, such a the sand box with shovel, the usable chalk poster and the cute awning. Such a great value!

    Good enough to make my kid happy!!
    Good enough quality to keep my four year old busy and entertained. Took two guys and two days to put together. About 12 hours total...mostly because the instructions are pure garbage and had to redo at least three sections of the set by the end. We didn't use the provided wood ground stakes for anchoring. We used 18" metal cement forming stakes instead. This makes the playset very sturdy and solid! I got mine on sale for $600, I wouldn't pay anymore than that for this set.

    Pre drilled holes were off which made assembly very difficult, and the instructions were terribly inadequate. The final product is flimsy and crooked, almost an eyesore. The swing set will be completely useless to our family after a 2-3 years as the swing set is not durable or strong enough to safely handle play by any child over 50-55 lbs. just a little fyi.. the chalk board is not a chalk board. It is a fake cloth banner stretched between two boards. if $500 is hard to come by for your family then i would highly recommend a different set. According to the quality of this particular swing set, I would've definitely bought a more sturdy and simple structured play set (safe for all ages).... and purchased a sandbox with a lid separately.

    Very pleased.
    I was nervous to make such a giant purchase for something for my son only to have it be missing pieces or impossible to put together like the other reviews. I was very shocked and happily how simple this was to put together and how sturdy it was. Nothing missing from the box and within 24 hours of pick up our son was swinging happily. I recommend sealing it right away but then again I am in South Florida so it gets very hot. Has handled all of the weather from rain to cold to hear extremely well! I am very pleased

    Dont waste your money
    We ordered this swing set and several boards were cracked and split. We put together this swing set and it was missing 7 pieces of wood and the chalk board was missing as well as bolts. This is a horrible set.

    Not what I expected
    This set had a lot of great reviews, the pictures looked great and I thought it would provide a lot of fun for my grand kids. The kids are 2, 4, & 7, I can't see this being fun for them for more than a year or two if it even lasts that long, the kids are not at my house daily so it really only gets played on a couple times a month. The boards are very thin and not sturdy as they are advertised. Many of the slats on the playhouse are coming loose because the wood is too soft for the screws to hold. There is no way kids over the age of 8 will find this fun or sturdy enough for their play. Also, I am really nervous to see how this holds up after this coming winter. My suggestion is if you have rough and tumble kids, or live in a climate with harsh weather, look for something much more heavy duty and make the investment. The set itself is really cute and the swings are strong as is the glider. The slide is a nice material but it is only attached by 4 screws into the soft wood, I check for looseness all the time. Also, the way this was shipped is crazy. All the wood was in one box making it way too heavy for 2 people to lift. When we picked it up at Walmart the box was torn open in several places due to handling. It took 3 large men to load it in our pick up and it was a strain on all of them. Once home, we had to open the box and unload a few pieces at a time. There is no way my husband & I could have unloaded this as one piece. Putting it together was not too hard, my daughter and son in-law helped and we did it in less than 8 hours. Some of the holes were not pre-drilled as the instructions showed so we had to modify a couple holes when putting the play house together. There is no reinforcement on the vinyl chalk board, I could see a kid leaning on it and ripping straight through and falling to the ground. We purchased some additional wood to block that area so the kids would not fall out. It is a cute set but if I ever buy another set for the kids when this one falls apart I will be looking locally and making a bigger and wiser investment.
