Definitely buy again.
It's a mellow coffee. If coffee makes your stomach upset you should try this coffee.

Tangy citrus light roast
Daybreak Morning Blend is a citrus and floral blend light roast ground coffee from coffee beans from East Africa and the Americas . It is described as bright and tangy. The brewing instructions recommend starting with 2 TBSP of ground coffee for each 6 oz cup of fresh water and then to adjust the amount of coffee according to your preference. I started with the 2TBSP and found that to be very strong. It was bitter leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. I have other light roast special order coffees that I drink daily. For them I use 1 TBSP per cup so I tried 1 TBSP Of Morning Blend per 6 oz cup but that was too weak and still bitter. I then adjusted to 1 1/4 TBSP per cup and that is a better brew strength but there is still a bitter, nutty aftertaste. I researched this coffee on the Caribou Coffee website and found their notes in comparison: "This unpretentious coffee starts sweetly and quietly in the mouth and leaves you with fruity, nutty hints after each sip. This is a blend that's true to nature - the perfect pick-me-up for slow mornings or those days you have to rush to work!" "Roastmaster's Notes: Subtle fruit sweetness Cheery floral overtones Sweet caramel and nut finish Rainforest Alliance Certified®" The tangy citrus and floral tones of this coffee do not suit my taste, seem bitter, certainly not the same response as they describe, and are obviously not suited to my palate.

Rich full bodied flavor with no bitter after taste
Coffee is my one vice. After covid every brand seemed to have a horrible after taste. I tried Caribou about six months ago. To my surprise and delight I really enjoyed a good cup of coffee for the first time in over a year! It's the only brand I buy now.

Love it!! Not too light, not too dark
Love this cofeee! It's a light roast but stronger than a normal light roast. Almost didn't buy it bc of that. We love it more than any other brand or roast.

    My new favorite morning coffee!
I love this coffee! Caribou coffee is my new favorite morning coffee. I have seen this coffee at the store and never bought it because it is a little more expensive and didn't think it would be any different. However after trying it I must say I was wrong and it is worth the extra couple bucks. I think its the best coffee I have ever tried for morning coffee. I have a bit of a sensitive stomach in the morning and unlike a lot of other coffees it doesn't bother my stomach at all. I have been drinking it for 10 days now and not a single complaint. It is bold yet very smooth and it's not bitter at all, there is no aftertaste with this coffee. I just love the flavor and recommend you try it!

Consistently smooth & delicious to the last drop!
My husband & I typically brew a pot of coffee each morning for breakfast, and what we normally drink is made from cheap house-brand ground coffee (such as Walmart's own Great Value line) or whatever's on sale. We ignored the directions on the Caribou Coffee bag, and prepared a pot using exactly the same proportions as we would for our normal coffee. Although this "Daybreak Morning Blend" is labelled as light roast, it was slightly stronger than our usual coffee. However, as we continued sipping the coffee, we were amazed at how smooth the flavor was. We have continued brewing a pot of this Caribou Coffee each morning since then, and have been even more pleasantly surprised at its continued consistent smoothness each day. Not a single "clunker" or bitter bit to be found yet, after having brewed our way through half the sack. There are no Caribou Coffee coffee shops near where we live -- but the makings of a premium coffee-shop cup of coffee are now as close as the nearest Walmart. For such consistently good coffee, it's worth paying a little extra to get this stuff!

    Winner
This coffee smells so good. It tastes even better. I like the fact that I got light roast because for some reason I always see medium or dark. I feel like this is my new favorite coffee that I will frequently by from now on. It doesn't have a bitter taste either and goes GREAT with the coffee syrup and creamer that I got from Walmart too. I like that it will last as well since I got a 20 oz. This is a very good quality coffee. My caribou Daybreak morning blend will be my go to from now on. It brings back memories too because this was the go to hang out coffee shop in a small town where I grew up. I miss those days! Now I can make coffee at home and save a lot of money doing so. :)

    Delicious!
I have to admit that I am a coffee snob first of all. I buy whole beans, dark roast, grind them fresh etc. I really did not expect this to be added to my list of "will buy again" coffees. I don't usually buy breakfast blends or light coffees because usually you give up any chance at rich flavor but this has the rich flavor. I drank a cup at 9pm to see if I wanted a mellow cup would it keep me up past midnight and it didn't yet still had a lot of really good rich flavor. Already ground usually a strike against but it doesn't stop this product from delivering on all aspects and made it easier and faster to brew. I have to admit that I will buy this brand again in this style and look forward to buying and trying the other styles they sell as well.

    Good Coffee
This coffee is not too strong. I like my coffee bold so if you like it that way, you may need to put more grinds in the machine. Otherwise, it's just good coffee.
