This is exactly what I was looking for. This phone mount is easy to set up, holds my phone exactly where I need it. The last device I purchased, I worried about how secure my phone was being held. With this phone mount, I don't worry about my phone falling. Also, I don't have to worry about my phone overheating in front of the car vent which is where my last phone mount was installed. Another great feature is this phone mount can be adjusted to fit different sized cup holders. Definitely a good buy. I highly recommend!

    Bad didn't even fit the cup holder
    Didn't like this item and Walmart wouldn't let me return it to them. I was told I'd have to deal with the 3rd party seller.

    There are better out there.
    Broken already. Was okay, but was in the way of my PRNDL, so I will get one that doesn't sit in my cup holder next time. I had to constantly tighten the bottom because it would loosen and flop. The adjustments on the sides that hold the phone just broke one day, so it wouldn't hold the phone any longer. Wasn't the best design. Not the best, not the worst, just lasted for 6 months and I didn't use it that much.

    Nice phone holder
    My only complaint is that the bottom phone support fingers are too short to hook around the front of a thin phone with a thin case on it. You can see in the attached picture how the bottom fingers barely reach past the center of the thin TPU phone case. Pretty minor complaint. Other than that little quibble this is exactly what I wanted.

    Not as great as it looks or is described
    It is not as functional and useful as it looks or is described. Plus, you lose a cup holder in the most prime area. The concept is great - just needs to be reworked again.

    Sadly and sorely disappointed in this phone holder for car. IKEA or less level of detail/effort in instructions, which is to say none. So it's not plainly evident how pieces connect/interact when adjusting the thing. Finally and critically, on the back, where the piece that connects to the phone connects to the gooseneck, became loose after about three weeks of use, so now the phone just spins freely in the holder, usually landing upside down due to a top heavy design. For iPhone which can only rotate 3 of the 4 ways -not upside down- this makes the phone extremely difficult to use touch function in any capacity, keeping my eyes off the road for even longer than normal

    Doesn't fit in most cars...pretty useless
    No way to really fit it in my cup holder. I tried stuffing the cup holder with napkins to hold it in place, but it still tipped over and shot my smartphone across the car where I couldn't get it. This is useless. Sprint the extra bucks and get one from a particular name brand that makes floor mats as well. Seriously. This is a waste of your money.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PRODUCT!!!!
    First of all , the retail box was broken when I received the item. The item looks used. Second, my phone will begin to slowly slide down and then when I make a short stop , it will fly out. What's worse , I tried to contact seller many times and want to return this unsafe item and they always make things difficult for me and try to stop my return request . I like the versatility of the product, but I am so disappointed that I cant really use it. Big waste, need to try the magnet holders or something.
