3 months and broken
After less than 15 hours of use, it stopped gas flow after the generator started. Genny would not stay running until I removed the gauge from the line. Returning it.

    A big stretch to call it a leak detector.
    Does not actually detect leaks. You have to keep checking the gauge to see if gas is getting lower when not in use.

    takes out the guess work
    This gauge works good . Now that I have used this gauge for 4 months . I can rate it . I gave it 4 stars because when the propane tank get towards the yellow zone the tank is pretty well on fumes . My barbeque had a flame , but wasn't getting hot . I keep an extra tank , so I changed out my tank .
