A few issues
This set looks a bit more brass like than gold, but it's still pretty. There are a few issues you might want to be aware of before purchasing this set. The flatware is weighty, and although some may enjoy the feeling of a substantial piece of flatware, families with children may not. There is a coating on the pieces that feel a bit rough or like it was dipped in sugar, left to dry but not sticky. It did not wash off in the dishwasher. While eating, you feel the coating with your hands, but not in your mouth, which is fine. The flatware does not feel as smooth as it looks. I washed and dried my hands to give it the fingerprint test, and you'll need to make sure you have nothing at all on your hands if setting the table for your company as these pieces will show fingerprints. I do like the size of all of the pieces and the length of the tines on the forks. I would rate this a set for adults, not for anyone with smaller children due to the weight and keeping a beautiful look. Overall I like the collection as it's elegant, but it's not for everyone. Being childfree and able to have more glamorous items, I like it quite well.

Do not buy! Gold wears off!
Gold wears off VERY quickly. This set was lovely when I purchased it 2 months ago. Now the gold is completely wearing off. They're trash now. Very disappointed.

    Good as Gold
    I wanted to use this cutlery for a few weeks to see how it would perform in normal use. Even though the spoons, in particular, were longer than I was used to, all the pieces felt good in our hands and were easy to hold. They seemed to be weighted in a balanced way so they felt good. I used them for eating, cooking, cutting, and even a little cleaning by using the knife to scrape stuck food. None of the pieces scratched. I put them in the dishwasher after use and they even fit in the small slots of my cutlery section of the dishwasher. One thing I did find a bit of a problem was that unless they were together, I couldn't tell a teaspoon from a tablespoon or a salad from a dinner fork. The sizes were large and very similar. See my photo to understand. The design is very sleek and plain. I think they set an elegant table.

    Nice and heavy
    This silverware is really pretty, nice and heavy. The color is just beautiful. I love the forks and knives but my husband doesn't like the tablespoons. He uses tablespoons for ice cream and cereal. He says they don't "feel" like tablespoons and they are too narrow. I used it for company lunch and received a lot of compliments on them. I myself don't have a problem with the spoons but I understand what he's saying. They are pretty narrow. The teaspoons are about the right size. I like them and they add elegance to the table setting. Overall I don't think you'll be disappointed with them!

    Beautiful gold tone stainless steel flatware!
    I was looking for a change for my flatware. I choose the mirror gold tone. Cambridge set My set arrived with careful packaging. Every piece was individually wrapped. Cambridge offers a 25 year warranty. It's dishwasher safe and you care for it as you do any other flatware. It's classic design really gives a new look for my table. It's the perfect weight. Since I only ordered service for 4 it's now on my gift list for 2 more sets.

    Perfect color
    I'm thrilled to see this color being offered. My kitchen is gold and white so it's a perfect match. The style/design is easy for my hubby to grasp since he has arthritis in his hands. I also like the weight, if anything it could still be a little heavier but that's just personal preference. The mirror finish is nice but I already see a few small scratches. I wash and dry them by hand in the sink before I add any other utensils or dishes. I will be adding to this set. Like the package says you must hand dry because water spots are vert noticeable. Looking forward to getting the serving pieces before the holidays. It would be worthwhile to get these even if you just use them for the holidays or special occasions. They really stand out and I can't imagine a background color they wouldn't look good on. No more silver silverware for me.

    Very nice looking flatware. I like that the spoons are long enough to stir drinks. The silverware feel substantial without being overly heavy. I had a little trouble removing them from the package till I realized I had to untwist the looped part of twist ties holding in the display silverware. I only wash by hand and they wash up nicely. I love the gold color as well. Forks are good sizes. I don't like them overly large and the smaller ones are a good size for me. They seem to be very well made and I am sure they will hold up for a long time. Plus with a 25 year guarantee you just can't go wrong.

    Definitely Gold Class!
    This one is a class apart and i chose the Gold color which is why i felt it to be "GOLDCLASS" Design - Very intricately crafted no-corners or cuts, just smooth and flat finish. Very stylish and did not see any unfinished areas in all of the pieces Durability - is very sturdy and strong though its light weight. Also comes with a 25yr warranty which is more than enough for silverware. Usability- dishwasher safe, definitely recommend dishwasher only, would not recommend to use harsh brushes while cleaning as i got a Gold color one and might show the scratches easily after several hand washes This was a 20 piece set, includes - 4 salad forks, 4 Dinner forks, 4 Dinner Knives, 4 Dinner Spoons and 4 teaspoons Overall very happy with the product and absolutely recommended to buy

    Nice Set!
    I love the look of this gold flatware! Before receiving it, I was hoping it would be a true gold color instead of a darker, brassy finish. To my pleasant surprise, it was just what I was looking for! I had planned to use this flatware set for everyday use, but after seeing how festive it looks and the slightly weighted feel that it has to it, I may just break it out for special occasions. The set has a very refined look to it, almost expensive looking. It definitely accentuates any table setting. I paired these with a clear dish set and it looks really good in my black, white and gold kitchen. The 20-piece set comes with four salad forks, four dinner forks, four dinner spoons and four teaspoons to service four people. I also like the fact that the set is made from stainless steel, which should make the flatware more resistant to scratches, spots and stains. I haven't used the set long enough to know if it will begin to tarnish over the course of time. But, so far, I am satisfied with it. This set is also dishwasher safe, which is a plus for me.

    Great set to match your kitchen
    I've previously bought this brand and love it!! The package came well packed and undamaged in a timely manner.. This flatware set is a beautiful gold hue. This set is for 4 place settings. Each utensil was packaged in its own bag which ensured it was scratch less and looked good. When held it holds some weight and i love to use utensils with a bit of weight. This flatware is of a sleek contemporary modern designs which goes with the theme of my kitchen well. The utensils are dishwasher safe and I did test them out and they came out glowing! If you are looking for flatware to match your kitchen, beautiful, sturdy and dishwasher safe for the easy clean up nights then this is an excellent brand to choose. I am definitely buying another set to complete my diningroom setting.
