It works!
It works amazingly well, but only if your hair is below shoulder length. Very happy with it for my 18 year old daughter. I love that you can't be burned on this iron.

Worst purchase EVER
Prior to purchasing this, I thought I did my homework in researching reviews and watching videos of it being used. I have used various curling irons for 30 years so I had no fear of this machine. First use , my daughter's hair became immediately tangled and the machine continued to pull the hair towards her scalp. It did beep and the hair pulled out of the machine fairly easily but it is significantly damaged/fried. Disappointed does not begin to describe this purchase. Manufacturer should be ashamed.

    Fast and Easy
    Love this curler, As someone with very long hair, I especially appreciate the safety feature where if you hair starts to tangle it will automatically turn all the way off so it doesn't tangle more, but also burn the air that is inside the rotator. Love using it!

    GREAT! Worth every dime
    Bought this thing in December and just opened it about 2 weeks ago. I just didn't feel like learning something new. But, I'm glad I opened this because I can officially curl my own hair AND the curls lasts for hours! It takes about 15 min for me to curl all of my hair. The item actually does all the work! You simply put your hair strand along the top and it rolls it for you. I watched one YouTube video and was able to do it the first time all by myself. (Purple hair) And, I've learned how to get tight and loose curls. (Blue hair) Love the product. HIGHLY recommend!

    Good but not perfect
    I like the general ease of this curler though I wish the curls were a bit tighter and began closer to the scalp. I also feel that my hair snags and the machine has to reset more than I would expect when following the directions to the T.

    Best hair tool available!
    I previously had a cordless version from a different brand but it wouldn't stay charged long enough to get through half of my hair...so I went on a hunt to find a corded version and when I saw CHI had one, I had to buy one for myself and my daughter. We love them! Effortless curls for days with this thing! Hair doesn't get tangled and it's so easy to learn how to use! Just buy it, you will not regret it!

    I love it! I bought this to use on my girls hair. They have thick hair. I dont have to worry about burning my fingers on the iron. It takes the hair in with ease and curls beautifully. I definitely recommend.

    Great curler
