It was worth buying.
It's a good price for what I really needed for my workouts and very easy to assemble and light weight to carry if you ever just need to have an extra seat lol.

Sorry but not this one
I don't want to talk bad about a company because for all I know they make good products, but this bench isn't one of them. 4 of the screws that go thru the brackets and into the bottom of the bench wouldn't screw in. They went in the holes but stayed loose, like there's no threads in the hole. Doesn't matter if they did though I'm 190lbs and the sides of bench would end up breaking because it's obviously low grade particle board and no way could it hold up.

    This is a very easy to assemble, solid weight bench. The color choice is a cool feature, and it is great for all kinds of exercise. I feel very comfortable and stable on the bench when working out. Great bench for the money!

    Good and bad.
    The bench is great although I think was used previously, and re boxed and sold as new which I'm not thrilled about. Brand new no complaints. Used and sold as new ya a couple complaints.

    If headrest doesn't easily slide down, return it
    Headrest piece wouldn't fit properly Didn't want to return it though because I SERIOUSLY needed the weight bench right then I literally had to use a mallet to pound the headrest on Its now not moving at all I can't return it because I made that mistake

    I ordered a weight bench online and the product was defective. The bolts given did not fit correctly into the device and in a result I had to return the item. It's been almost 2 weeks since I dropped the package off at the post office and they still haven't sent me a new weight bench or refunded my money. This will be the last time I ever ordered something online from Walmart. Worst experience ordering a product online ever, no exaggeration.

    Great bench for $40!
    For a 5' 7" 127lb male, this bench seems sturdy and fits my needs for $40. I bought it to start benching at home with my Titan bench press spotter stands, and the bench seems very sturdy! The thing I'm concerned with is there is no definite weight limit capacity, as the product on walmart lists 300 lb capacity, and 500lb capacity for the red variant. And on the warning sticker for this bench it says 500 lb capacity.

    The CAP flat bench is awesome. I put this together by myself in about 30 minutes. I am 5ft 8in and there is plenty of room for me to lay down fully to do my exercises. Padding is soft yet firm. The bench is sturdy with grips on the bottom. Definitely worth the 50 dollars.
