It's a Ball
Ball was exactly as expected other than delivery two day after initial promise. Pump worked fine to inflate the ball and it is hold pressure with the plug provided. It is being used regularly for exercise.

I purchased this ball based on the what the website stated I need for my height. once the ball finally arrived it was way to small. this size ball would work for a toddler not a adult of 5'2"

    Stability Ball
    I am currently 250 pounds and I was wanting to lose weight. I needed something suitable for my weight. This stability ball is terrific. It came with a pump and an exercise chart which is great if your a beginner (like me) and have no idea where to start. I RECOMMEND THIS!!!

    This exercise ball does exactly what it's meant to do. Holds air well, bounces, easy to inflate, sturdy enough for sitting/rolling. Would recommend to others.

    Love This Ball....
    My doctor recommended this core exercise ball for me because I was complaining about mid range bulge. I have had problems fitting into my clothes, etc, but with back problems, I can't do the exercises that I need. So, I ordered this ball 2 weeks ago and I can't begin to explain how it has changed the mid riff for me. I am much more toned now in only 2 weeks and see a big difference in my clothes and how much better I look and feel. My Chiropractor told me that just sitting on the ball while watching tv is actually exercising my 'core' muscles; so I do that at least once a day. I highly recommend this product for people who are limited in exercises they can do; it works great!!

    Nice Ball - Great price
    I looked at Sports Authority close out deals and they were 2x the price of this ball. This is great for exercise, a bit short to sit on if you want it for a desk
