Just didn't cut it
I only used the red band twice, and it broke. I would be fair and if lasted for one round of my 3 week work out, it would be ok. ITs not an easy workout. But I didn't use the bands everyday of the workout and the 2nd time to break, sorry, unacceptable. They are all getting returned.

    Hoped to replace worn out P90X bands
    Much lighter gauge than the other bands that I had...I suspect that I may need to replace the new arrivals fairly soon with a heavier gauge item.

    Good for upper arm exercise
    You can adjust the strength of the cords easy, useful tool for shoulder work out. I am short (5' 2), so I wish the cords are slightly shorter for short people.

    It was all good until....
    I just received mine today, I tried it the black (heavy) resistance band and it was good until, it snapped on me. It snapped right where the handle and the band meet. It was the weakest part of the band that gave out. I guess I am a little stronger than what I thought. LOL. I am so use to lifting 25-35 dumb bells at the gym, I guess I am a little tad stronger . I do like the feeling of the resistance the whole time you workout,you really can feel the burn in a short amount of time. I just wonder if they make a stronger bands for females who lift heavy. This is a great when your just starting out or you're on the road a lot and don't want to take a bunch of weights with you. I do love the ankle strap, great butt and thigh work out. Ladies you will get that but if you use this... All in all it's good, just I am a little rough on stuff. LOL.

    Decent product for the price
    I like the bands because they make it easy for me to get in some strengthening exercises without having to go to the gym. My only complaint would be that they aren't the highest quality. The clip on the black band came off straight out of the package, however it easily went back into place and has worked fine since... The ankle straps are really big on me and I don't have small ankles, but since this is the first set I've ever had of the resistance bands it could be how they are supposed to be.... I don't know... Anyway I'm getting my money's worth out of them so I'm not mad about it. ... Hope this was helpful!

    exactly what I wanted
    I really like these bands. If I need even more resistance then the heaviest I just put 2 or 3 bands together. Does the job great.
