Best Gift Ever!
My mom bought this comb to use on my short haired cat... It is amazing! You use it as you would a normal flea comb, only the flea is not only cought in the comb teeth, but also zaps the fleas (to death or near death)! The comb takes batteries, and it does beep to let you know it is turned on. It beeps faster when you pick up a flea. My cat doesn't mind the noise at all. I have noticed it sparks at times, and will smoke if a larger flea is cought, but it is safe to comb the surface of my cats fur.

Does not work
I have tried this on three different dogs and it doesn't do anything to the flea . Very disappointed.

    Doesn't do what it says!
    Tried it as soon as I got it. Couldn't grab the hair of my pet. Shorthair or longhair. It has electric charge, but does nothing for fleas or anything for that matter.

    Zaps but doesnt kill fleas. You have to crush or drown the fleas.

    IT WORKS
    Worked really good. Picked up fleas just like a normal flea comb would except it either stuns or kills the fleas. It makes a beeping sound every couple of seconds which took a minute for my cats to get used to. When you've got a flea it beeps twice as fast to let you know. Has not hurt any of my cats at all, it does spark as it is combed through there fur but this is not a problem.

    I have a cat that is allergic to fleas and treatments. I spent $75 for a three month treatment from a vet and she got fleas about a month later. Bought the flea doctor and zapped them. She had gotten a rash from the few she had but it is going away. It does not pull her hair either so she allows me to use it on her. Great product!

    This Works!!!
    I have 2 small dogs and they are prone to fleas I hate chemicals . The flea comb helped me get rid of alot of them on contact some I had to recomb but no big deal . My dogs arw finally resting not scratching
