Amazing laser printer!
What an amazing little printer. Prints are more crisp than my much more expensive Xerox printer. Prints on both sides of the paper and the price for replacement toner is very reasonable. Very reliable office printer.

Not sent as gift as requested and dented
Ordered as a gift. Sent as is with a shipping label on product box. Corner of box damaged. Called customer service and they said not sure why it would be sent that way.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/24/2023Great Printer, Challenging to Set UpGreat printer! Loved that it has a small footprint, the print quality is great, it's quiet, and it has AirPrint for Apple so I won't have to worry about printer drivers when my computer OS is updated. It's a bit tricky to set up--you have to enter your wifi password by navigating a nested menu using four buttons that are not intuitive, and the directions were confusing. I ended up having to watch a youtube video. Just something to be aware of.Heidi

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/25/2023Game changing simplify life printerThe printer is lightning fast and the duplex is a game changer. Wished it was color although at this price it's a steal! The witless module works well for all networked devices and the speed of the laser printouts are inky dark. The sound is not terrible, enough to know when it's working and ready for the next job. Small slim footprint that is easy to stash in the home office. The longevity of laser black and white cannot be beat in this price range. Regret not getting it sooner! Simplifies life.Jimmy

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/12/2023i like itthis is a great work printer not for photos doesn't have color even the color ones don't compare to dot matrix like the epson ecotank which gives out true photo quality prints but goes bad about a year later even with the fixes so if you need files printed heck yeah then buy the toners from walmart for a cheap price for two of them and transfer the reader chip so don't throw out your chip on the original toner think it's called a chip it's the silver square thing on the bottom right, great for notes or receipts.Jersg101

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/08/2023Great printer for home.Straight forward Wi-Fi setup. I'm not sure the Brother app is necessary after trying it. As far as copying scanning, I decided I'd try the simple approach and go with this single function printer. It does one thingBruce

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/01/2023You better know what you are doing...It should be a very simple thing to get a WiFi enabled printer connected to a network, and with other brands of printers I have used, this is the case. Not so with this one. First of all, very few, if any, computers sold today have a CD drive, yet the installation files for this printer are on a CD disc. So, to the internet I went. But the very brief and confusing "quick start" brochure that ca e with the printer, which listed an internet address to obtain these files, only took e to some Brother site that wanted to sell me some sort of "subscription". It was only after hours of sorting through a labyrinth of confusing Brother sites that I finally found the installation files I needed. But even then, none of my computers or devices would connect properly without tinkering with my network. Even now, it does not always work, even though the printer is online. Bottom line, unless you have considerable IT and/or computer skills, you would probably be better off with a more friendly printer.Darrel

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/04/2023Works great with MacBook Pro on Sierra OS 10.12.6I have a old MacBook Pro running Sierra OS 10.12.6. Even though the HL-L2325DW is not listed as compatible with Sierra OS 10.12..6, it prints perfectly with Apple's built-in AirPrint technology over wifi. I downloaded the “full software package” from the Brother HL-L2350DW printer (not the HL-L2325DW), and it allowed me to transfer my wifi settings to the printer over USB. That was easier than manually entering my wifi password into the printer's control panel buttons. Since I did the wifi settings transfer, I disconnected the USB cable and only use AirPrint over wifi. I also downloaded Brother iPrintLiz

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/02/2023Buy at your own riskWanted to have a simple black printer for forms but never got the chance with this. I thought it'd be easy enough to use. It is bigger than I thought but not exactly heavy. I never managed to get it to sync with my wi-fi. I spent over 2 hours resetting my routerJennifer
