Love it I've had it for a few days we had cables
This was a big decision we've used inkjet but recently there was an update worldwide and you cannot use third-party ink cartridges. Prices for original ink jet printer cartridges were expensive so we decided to go with the laser printer 1. Yes we have to have our own cable. 2. We used the CD ROM that came with it installed the CD ROM first then plugged in the printer and entered the Wi-Fi and we were done. 3. Also looked at the cost to replace the toner cartridge which was very reasonable brother is probably one of the better laser printers on the market that we found specially when buying replacement cartridges toner cartridges. 4. Currently it is in deep sleep mode or sleep mode and when we need it to print we send it to it and it prints so far has never not printed when in sleep mode sleep mode works really well currently we have the latest update and current software in the printers.Currently it is in deep sleep mode or sleep mode and when we need it to be printed we send it to it and it prints so far has never not printed when in sleep mode sleep mode works really well currently we have the latest update and current software in the printers. 5. Currently everything is working well and if anything changes we will update this review this is a refurbished model from brother not another reseller or return this is a refurbished model from brother. Yes we would recommend this to others yes you need to have your own cable and two options plug it into a computer to do the wireless or you do not have to you could use the screen on the printer but it is more difficult.

the unit was advwetized as rebuilt i found the unit had a bad off on switch the guide stated the printer had ink installed no i nk was inastalled and the ink supplied with the unit was for a different model i spent hours reading and the ubit is unusable
