False advertisement and poor customer service
There is nothing wrong with the pitcher, however, it is not the pitcher I thought I was ordering. Walmart says there was “a mistake in the listing”. The images showed the pitcher with the light sensor for replacing the filter, but it was actually the plain basic pitcher. They would not correct their mistake and send the pitcher I thought I was ordering at the price advertised. They offered half off of the pitcher I received. That was not the pitcher I wanted. I am a very busy person and returning the pitcher would be a real inconvenience. Just absolutely not good customer service. I work in healthcare, can't afford to make mistakes in “customer service “ without correting them. This should be the norm for all customer service. Will not be shopping through Walmart any more.

    Crack in it
    I would have given it 5 stars because it works just fine but it arrived with a crack near the spout. I decided to not go to the trouble to return it since it still works fine. This is the second one I ordered that had a crack in the same spot. The first one was from Amazon. I'm wondering if it's a defect on this model that makes it weak in that area.

    This is the best one you can ever get. Works great. Saves so much money on bottle water . Last month bought 7 cases of water now only bought 3 cases . Because I refill my bottle and drink in a glass when home . Wish had bought this long time ago

    Beware This Design Is Different
    Didn't realize this Brita pitcher had a change in design to my previous Brita pitcher; no cover for the pour spout and no built in "time to change filter indicator." It's still a nice Brita water pitcher but it wasn't what I was expecting and my fault for not paying closer attention.
