Great!!
Gave the black and the green as a gift and though she isn't keeping the green (picky girl lol) she loves them. Took a while to get her into the chunky/block heel but they are sharp looking! She has a bad left ankle that swells but these work fine. 9M true to size, comfortable and nice.

Extremely upset
Highly UPSET, first of all these shoes run small. Secondly, I bought them as a Christmas gift and Now I'm unable to return them plus I have no way to get in contact with the seller.

    Cute but hurt
    These hurt my ankles so bad! I have so many boots in this same style (not brand) and they are so comfy! Cute but now I wore them once I am unsure if I'm aloud to return them!?

    Cute but noisy!
    Very cute, the sizing was fine. However - there is some kind of plastic inside this shoe that makes a loud crinkly sound when you walk, don't think I'll be wearing these in public, lol. Returning.

    Comfy, Cute, Seem Well Made
    I'm not sure it does run small. If you like to wear snug shoes then you might do fine with your regular size. I decided to go up half a size as recommended and they are very roomy. I figure I'd wear it with cozy socks, but they don't feel too big to wear with invisible/no-show-socks They are perfectly narrow, but the bridge is super roomy which looks a bit odd in person from the birds-eye-view. Still, the higher lip gives your legs a cute silhouette and the hanging tassels make it super cute in a minimalist way. You can dress up a casual outfit with these and will also look amazing with a dress. The color is as pictures, they look well made and hopefully will last me a few autumns and winters.

    Is very pretty and looks good on your feet but also very stiff and hard when you walk I had a walmart brand pair that I could run a marathon in this one's are just okay. Definitely a you get what you paid for case. Not bad just okay

    Cute and comfy but sound like plastic bags...
    Really cute at comfort but they sound like they have plastic bags in them. whenever I move my ankle they make this noise like a plastic bag being crinkled. I'm hoping this will go away once they are more worn in. Just very strange.

    I ordered these boots to replace another pair that I had which were similar quality. These were exactly what the website describes. They are comfortable. The color is a nice muted brown. The double zip decorative accent is cute. The non-slip surface makes them feel more secure when you walk. This is important to me as I wear booties during winter and they can face the different elements. The height that they come up is high enough so that you can wear ankle socks which is another important detail for me. Overall they seem to be quality boot for the price you are paying.

    I just took these shoes out of the box to wear today. Somewhere near the zipper on both shoes it sounds as if I have candy wrappers stuffed in them. As I said today is my first day wearing and they are already creasing at the ankle. They were true to size for me.
