GREAT PAPER TOWELS!
I LOVE these paper towels, Not only do they actually ABSORB liquid, but I like the fact that they can be torn at the half sheet size or the full sheet size, whichever size you choose. The ability to do that eliminates waste because we don't always need a full sheet to do whatever! Also, I absolutely love ordering from Wal-Mart because by ordering a minimum of items that can be shipped free, I order in bulk and have it delivered right to my front porch. What a HUGE help which saves gas, time and effort by not having to go to a store to purchase it. I'm now doing the same thing with their toilet tissue, (Great Value 12 ct. or White Cloud Ultra.) Thank you, Wal-Mart, for having such great service!!!

Awful / Bounty Changed
You keep saying you last changed your formula/technology in Feb 2021 but we don't believe you. Didn't start encountering these newer, less absorbent, inferior paper towels until literally a few weeks ago. Go back to the old formula or you'll have lost another 20+ year customer for good

    What changed?
    I've always loved Bounty paper towels but this last pack I got I've noticed that the quality has decreased dramatically- to the point where I noticed it right away. The towels are stiffer and just feel cheap. I'll continue to use this pack and if this change ends up improving absorption or it's cleaning effectiveness somehow then I'll change my rating, but my first impression of this new product is not great.

    What have you done?
    Rarely have I used a different brand of paper towels but now I will try others. Did you think that your loyal customers wouldn't notice the quality change? Bounty now reminds me of paper towels in public restrooms--coarse, flimsy and non-absorbent. You made the product cheaper and the prices either remain high or have been raised.

    Bounty, why? UNDO the recent changes!
    In our most recent deliveries of the product, we have noticed a significant difference in the product—these are not the paper towels we know and want; it is an inferior quality. I have been a loyal Bounty customer for years, due to the superior absorption of the product and liking the simple select a size features (no prints, please!) Cheap paper towels are in a waste of money. Viva is too thick for most uses. Bounty was the perfect option. Now it feels just like the other cheap, thin options.

    What Happened?!!
    I've been a loyal Bounty customer for years. It looks like they just made changes for the worse! The texture is horrible and they aren't as absorbent…they've become cheaply made and less effective. I am not one to write many reviews, but I felt the need to express my disappoint with Bounty.

    Honestly I thought it was me... I've never bought the "prints" so when they were horrible I thought it was just the prints, but after the other reviews I know it is all your products. I've never used any other paper towel, but I'm going to now. What happened???

    Terrible change!
    We have been using only Bounty paper towels in our house and for our business for over 30 years and BAM - a change that is terrible. Why Bounty? PLEASE listen to your loyal customers. We don't like the new Bounty towels. We prefer full sheets, but adapted to select a size when that was all we could find when the pandemic hit

    Recently leaving white lint/dust on everything I "clean"
    This product never used to do this, but I recently had to do a massive clean and it left SO MUCH white lint/dust on absolutely everything I had to clean. It looked as though I cleaned nothing, and had to re-do a ton of it. When I open the pack, white dust/link comes flying out. I'm sure this has something to do with the supply chain and lowering cost of manufacturing, but Bounty's reputation is tanking and once people find a replacement, they won't just come back. Please fix this issue.

    Less is more
    I really hate wasting paper but sometimes it is necessary so I like having the option to choose a smaller size rather than tear a larger size one in half which is messy and annoys my family. So this product is a win win.
