Great phone. would buy again.
I bought this as a prepaid under cricket mobile to replace my old iPhone 7, and I could not be happier! Everything works much better than expected and I am surprised with all the features that come with this phone. I also love the design on the phone, and personally I am in love with the blue. 10/10 would buy again.

I think this is the worst electronic device I have ever used. The software is hardly intuitive and was apparently developed by a 12yo. Everything I try to do takes an extra step from my galaxy s5. Change for change's sake is an obfuscation.

    Slow processor and insensitive touch screen
    even with comparatively small number of apps, these models don't have the capacity to multitask, or processor faster [functionalities]. my phone often gets crashed/restart by itself without any prompt. texting ability [completes the wordings slow] and touch sensitivity are poor. despite being cheap with some service providers, i wouldn't recommend this product.

    Terrible Phone
    every day i am beyond frustrated with this phone. its incredibly slow doing normal things such as texting, connecting to a call, opening spotify, or scrolling through facebook and insta. then the camera. i am not sure why they decided to put 4 terrible cameras when they could have put one decent one. picture quality is garbage. i used to really enjoy taking pictures and would regularly do so, until i received my a12. i've had this phone crash on opening up many different apps even including the pre-installed camera app. it regularly freezes solution: shut the screen off, if it will let you. the only pro, the battery is awesome. i can easily get 2 days out of it. probably because it is so slow i physically can't consume enough power! this is a phone that shouldn't have been released.

    Love the phone. But....
    i love my new samsung a12. everything works great. apps pull up fast. internet is fast and responsive. the amount of storage is great. way more then my other phone before upgrading to this one. but the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is cause it doesn't have smart view. how is it that my galaxy j3 emerge which is a much older model has it. but this newer phone doesn't. i just hope that whenever samsung updates the phone they add smart view to it. then i will gladly give a 5 stars.

    Worst Phone Ever
    i have been a samsung customer for years. phones, tv's and appliances. i have never had a regret until now. i broke my phone (s10+) and needed a new one asap because of my work. went to my cell carrier and they did not have any samsungs in stock except for the a-12. i could not wait so i went ahead and bought it. that was a mistake. the phone is extremely slow and lags. the apps it is pre loaded with almost takes up all the memory space. there is a 3-4 second delay when you press a button or open an app. the phone is almost non functional. i am disappointed samsung would even release such an inferior product. i tried to give it a fair shot...too bad i am beyond the return window!

    Absolutely no features what so ever.
    Won't work with Bluetooth hearing aids. Has no multicast feature. Just a basic phone. One step above 2 tin cans and a string.

    Solid budget phone- great for a quick replacement!
    my current samsung phone met an early death on accident and i needed a quick replacement. this fit the bill just fine. it is a little slow which takes some getting used to- but it gets the job done. it looks decent and with a micro sd card, my only real gripe- low storage- is easily fixed.

    Worst phone ever
    I bought the A12 a few months ago and it is the worst purchase I think I have ever made. This is the worst phone it is so slow it takes forever to get from one screen to another. The camera takes forever to take a picture and half the time the camera fails. So, I would NOT recommend buying this phone.
