Boost mobile phone no coverage and certain area
The only I dont like is the coverage or towers I couldnt get no signal at all boost didnt mention any thing certain area you not get no signal after I order online then I called boost to find out whats going on they told me its the coverage and towers in my area that why I couldnt get on so I notify to Walmart customer service and explain to them what happen then I requested my refund and which the costed me $79.00 plus $35.00 email boost card they refunded my refunds.now Im happy for now on make you check your coverage and towers signal to make sure you be able to use your phone.

    Won't work without active service
    Great phone only if you plan on activating service otherwise it won't let you use it with wifi

    Horribly slow crash phone
    Slowest phone and can't use apps because it freezes to the point can't use phone. Battery is horrible and doesn't keep a charge. Left my phone and came back and it was on 69% no apps open and no back ground apps and no wifi. I can barely listen to music on this device. I wish I could send it back but have to keep it or won't have phone. It has great features but no use if its dead or frozen. It gets very hot while charging and using apps. Even the browser is slow. Not trust worthy when you outside your home. Slow to load message app and phone app. Thats bad. Don't get this phone. What a waste of money. Takes too long to update apps as well.

    My wonderful phone
    I love this phone fairly easy to use but I am still finding new things it will do. Great pictures , long battery life, lots of apps , great screen can see it easily . I love it. I bought a cover before I got the phone so I could protect it ,have the case at my local Walmart

    IMPORTANT JUST TRYING TO HELP OUT
    I'm not gonna lie it's a decent phone for a decent price. Just saying unless your gonna pay for the boost mobile account there's no point in getting it. I was just getting it to use it off of wifi and after a day a notification popped up saying to activate my phone I wasn't going to until it said my wifi wasn't working anymore. Due to not having the phone connected to the carrier. Spend a few extra bucks and get a unlocked phone.

    Won't pick up the network, ALWAYS roaming
    Don't buy this, it's horrible. I've never had a phone on this network go into roaming, this phone is ALWAYS roaming. I just bought it, got it hooked up, tried it for two weeks and Walmart refuses to return it. Obviously as cheap as it is, you get what you pay for.

    No major issues nor truly negative thoughts about it. As presented in the photos and description. Migrating from my old device to this new one was simple. Well... moving text messages didn't happen automagically. I did have to find a workaround for that. However, that has to do with Boost; not this device.

    great deal, I love Samsung
    this is a very nice little phone. great features, works perfectly, slim design and nice display quality. definitely buy a case for it! The screen kind of wraps around the edge on the sides and if you drop it the screen does shatter easily. other than that it works as well as most people's $400 phones.
