This is my first Bona mop. I am in love with how great this cleans and no worrying about protecting my floors. I really like how big this Mop is. You can get a dirty floor cleaned in no time because of the space being covered and cleaned. Also easy to get corners. Lightweight and easy to use and refill. Stylish with grips and hanging hook. My favorite part is the refillable cartridge and reusable cleaning pad. I feel like this is the perfect product for someone who cleans a little or alot. Safe for all floors. No more having to buy numerous products for my different floors. Durable and convenient to take on the go if needed. Does not leave behind any residue. A little goes a long way. Cheap made crap
Broke 2 times in less that 3 weeks! 2nd time I uses it the sprayer bottle stopped working. A week or so later the Velcro that holds the pads on started pulling away from the mop. Complete waste of money

    Not very well manufactured. Broke after 5 months
    Bought it in Jan 2022. It broke already. Can I still return it? Not very sturdy where the mop head attaches to the mop itself?

    Great for cleaning the floor
    I bought this bono mop to upgrade my older one. The mop on this one is much bigger and the spray trigger works great. The only thing is to be careful when you order this. I needed the solution for hardwood floors and instead this solution was for a tile floor. Fortunately... I have both. I poured out the solution and replaced it with what I needed. No big deal... but I wish I was more observant.

    Excellent product; really cleans tile!
    This mop is beautiful!!! Works like none of my other spray mops! Gets in the crevices of the tile floor and the Bona solution really CLEANS! The extra wide base is an added bonus making clean up faster. Wish I had this years ago!

    I really like the mop and it is easy to use and change the mop pad but I can't get the lid off to refill the Bona liquid. I always have to get my husband to do it.

    The handle connecting to pole kept coming out so couldnt release liquid. Didnt put up small crumbs just pushed everything around

    Bona Premium Spray Mop for Hard-Surface Floors
    I like this Bona Premium Spray Mop for Hard-Surface Floors. It did an excellent job. I have learned that by letting my floor completely dry after mopping it seems to have eliminated the streaks and foot prints that followed. Found the mop a bit on the heavy side but plan to solve that by emptying out half of the floor cleaner bottle into something else thereby reducing the weight. Hope it works. All in all, it's a nice mop.

    Great mop!!
    My daughter had one of these at her house for hardwood floors. I used it daily while there as she has a messy dog. So when I got home I bought one for my house for the tile I have in my house. It works great! Easy to maneuver and gets the job done. I bought 3 more pads so I always have a clean one available. I washed the pads and they wash up well.
