Mops are junk
My 4th mop handle has just broken. They don't stand up to anything. All were snapped off at the pad during normal cleaning. Cleaner is great you just can't apply it. I've forgiven you up to now, but I'll never buy the product again. I wrote once before and never got a response, so I probably won't again. DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU LOVE FRUSTRATION!

    bona multi-surface floor kit n bona pads
    no the stupid mop broke off the handle clip the first time i used it...keep going in wrong directions when trying to mop floor-corners-hated the stupid mop

    Worked well but actual mop is cheaply made
    We just put in engineered hardwood flooring a couple months ago. Bought the mop kit right away. The solution worked well, when I bought the right product for my floors. The first kit I bought was for hardwood floors which I thought was what I needed. It left streaks everywhere and was never really “clean” and new looking. When I bought a refil, I read the bottles a little better and picked the laminate flooring type. This worked MUCH better. Nice clean glow and no streaks. I'll keep buying the right kind from now on. The only reason I didn't rate this better was due to the mop breaking inside the mop handle where it extends longer. My first mop broke less than a week after buying. I thought well maybe it was defective. I bought another mop but this one lasted about a month. So I've given up buying these mops and will look into a different company who's product will hopefully hold up better.

    This mop does an awesome job!!
    My husband and I recently bought this mop because we haven't been able to find anything that will clean our floor without leaving streaks. We decided to give this mop a try and it does a wonderful job! My little dogs leave footprints every time they come back inside and it's so quick and easy to whip it out and clean up behind them with no streaks left behind!

    I love my Bona mops - when they last. The handles tend to break due to the lightweight material from which they are made. There is a pressure point midway down the handle that buckles after a while. I am on my fourth. Which brings me to a new complaint. The new head. It does not hold the pad secure so I am unable to push the mop back and forth without the pad getting bunched up under the pad holder. I am seeking another product that is similar but not so flawed. I love you Bona - but your product doesn't stand the test and this new head is way more frustration and work than it's worth.

    Agree to above. Where are the instructions? I thought I was buying a mop that had dispenser attached. Do we get on hands and knees and spray, if so how much? I thought this product was just wet pads on the mop...

    Why no instructions?
    Just bought this product and have spent a half hour on your website trying to figure out how to use it. There's two "wet pads", a "dry pad", and then the microfiber pad, which is self explanatory. But do we use the spray fluid with the wet pads? Are we supposed to switch pads to the dry pad afterwards? Can the dry pad be washed? How many times can a wet pad be used? Can the included wet pads be used on all tupes of floors? Who knows? Tune it next week! I'd prefer fewer pretty pictures on the website, and a greater emphasis on providing clear directions and guidance for each of your products. Perhaps this product is wonderful, but I don't see why we should have to guess as to how to use it. And if that information is on this website and I've missed it, then perhaps the interface should be more obvious/intuitive. As it is, it is more frustrating than anything else.
