We love BISSELL products they make our days better!
Running an animal rescue is an amazing blessing the ability to be able to help senior dogs with medical issues is a gift. Given that we rescue dogs we are constantly cleaning up "accidents" and the SpotBot Pet Portable Carpet Cleaner 33N8T is absolutely AMAZING. Easy to use, quick to clean, and simple put just a wonderful took to have when running a senior rescue with incontinent pups!

Hose became brittle and broke
I owned a prior version of this product and really appreciated its functionality, having two pets and kids. The hose on the unit broke after several years of use, so I forgave the failure and purchased another. Unfortunately, within months of my purchase, the hose on the hand-held portion of the unit broke right near the connection with the main unit. I did not overstress the hose by any reasonable standard and always stored it properly. I was so disappointed since the hose function was my preferred way to clean up a mess. The unit has sat unused since then. I would have hoped for better quality from a Bissell product.

    Great spot and stain remover but a little loud
    We love this spot remover. Place it, turn it on and walk away. It will tell you when it is done and so far we have been pleased with the results. Bought this as a Christmas gift and we have not been disappointed. I understand there is a newer version that is less noisy. I would have opted for that if I knew it at the time but that is my only complaint.

    Great product if you have messy pets!
    We use this product for our elderly dog. It's perfect for any stains made on the floor (urine, vomit, etc). I loved it so much that I am buying my son and his wife one for Christmas. Makes it very nice to just set it and walk away.

    I won't go without one!!!
    This is my 2nd Spotbot and I love it!! The only reason I had to replace my 1st one is because it was damaged in a move. I think they clean better that a upright carpet cleaner. I've recommended it to anyone I have ever talked to about carpet cleaners!! I used it on a couple spots on an area rug, then hung the rug to dry. When it was dry you could see how much cleaner the spots I cleaned were compared to the rest of the rug! (See Pic's!) So I had to clean the whole rug. 1st I tried my big carpet cleaner and saw that the Spotbot made it look better. So I went back to the Spotbot and did the whole thing we that. It took longer but the carpet looked new again!!!

    Not just for pets
    It's light weight and easy to carry around. It came with two separate heads for the hose for when you don't want to do a deep cleaning of a particular spot. One for sucking and one for sucking and scrubbing. This allows me better options when it comes to the types of messes I'm cleaning up. It also came with cleaners for every situation so I never have to guess what to use. It's easy to clean after use and the marked buttons make it simple to use so that even my kids can use it. Not just pet messes, it cleans up kids messes too!

    Not durable!
    I have bought two of these now. The first was leaking so I returned it and the second one still leaks too. We have to store it with the solution container upside down to help minimize the leaking. Now after not even two years of very minimal use, the entire top half has completely come apart. Picked it up to move it and it was broken. Such a shame because it does a good job cleaning spots.
