Really like this steam mop
I love this steam cleaner. I had been using a different product for a few years that was smaller than this, but I am so happy with the bissell steam mop. It is powerful, easy to move around, has a swivel head. It doesn't leave streaks, again, very happy.

The box came without the Mop Replacement Pads, I had to return it. The box only had fragrances inside.

    These last for years, but time to replace them.
    I never use the fragrance, and would be happy if the discs weren't included, but the steamer works wonderfully, even after several years, and we simply wore the mop heads out...but those lasted years, as well. The steamer was a great buy! #sweepstakes

    Purchased additional microfiber mod pads for my Bissell steam mop. Love the steam mop because the floor dries fast. Wanted to be able to change the pads after each use and wash more than one pad at a time.

    I love the idea of reusable pads for my Bissel PowerFresh. I just wish they were a little thicker. The fragrance discs leave my rooms with a pleasant scent. All of my public rooms have either split brick or ceramic tile. I will buy this product again and again, but in greater quantity to avoid shipping costs and to make sure I don't run out. :)

    I will DEFINITELY buy this again if I need it!
    My whole house had ceramic tile and I have 2 dogs and 3 cats so there is no end to the paw and human foot prints daily. This mop is SO easy and fresh!!! I am loving it!!!

    I can't discontinue purchasing because I need it for my mop.
    I purchased extra mop pads because the steam mop needs to switch between wash. I wish the pad is a little bit ticker. I hand washed it every used but the dirt didn't come out easily. I have to soaked it overnight.

    Love this steam mop!
    I am a professional house cleaner. I have used many (more expensive) steam mops. The Bissell PowerFresh is light weight, heats up quickly, is easy to use and has a super long cord. The pads are great on all types of floors, even laminate which tends to be fussy. My only negative is I wish the water tank were a little bigger.
