So much fun!
A really sturdy reliable ride that is not only fun, but functional as well. Loving the color, too! I live in the city and haven't had any issues with connectivity. Smooth ride and I anticipate getting great use of it.

Weak and not recommended
Weak on hills weak brakes gps drains the battery alot. Shipping such that wires get damaged. Very difficult to align handlebar pole spacer to allow lateral safety screw to fit in.

    worth the price
    I LOVE IT. the reviews kinda scared me so i got the warranty. it brings so much joy but it is kinda heavy so if you are looking to take it in a car its going to be hard .

    Loads of bugs with the ap make it almost unusable
    The first time I received the scooter it was completely DOA and had to send it back for a replacement unit. In theory, this would be a great scooter if it worked consistently with the ap as the scooter itself is pretty fast and fun to ride. There are several issues however. The advertised battery life is probably double or 1.8x the real world battery life that I have experienced to date. The biggest issues however are how the ap is integrated with the scooter. To use/unlock the scooter it has to be paired with your phone. You can lock the scooter or put it to sleep from the ap. Regardless of the mode or the time of day, the headlight and brakelight on my scooter are always on, this is problematic. I have had to contact support to 'unlock' the scooter multiple times as trying to unlock it from the ap has not worked on multiple occasions. The problem with the scooter is that when you go to use it and unlock it from the ap, you can never be sure if it's actually going to work and start up or if you will have to contact support. All of this hassle just to ride the scooter. This is a pain and I regret buying this.

    I brought the scooters for my girlfriend and myself for Christmas. I ignored the bad reviews because we use bird at every city we go to. I mean we probably spent over $1000 renting the scooter. So I figured why not try and save some money. Huge mistake. Mine was fully charged and lost about 10% every couple of feet on top of that we go back home when it's at 68% and it just dies in the driveway, while the app is still up and claiming it had a 68% charge. My charger doesn't fit right and was a pain in the butt to get it to charge. Don't waste your money it's not worth it. If you're looking for a sign this is it.

    Bought this for my husband. We can't get it started. No way a person can use this scooter. Therefore we r returning it. It didn't even come with instructions. Plus my husband doesn't have an iPhone so he can't DO anything with the scooter. When I ordered this it didn't say a word of what u needed to do.

    I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS
    My friend and I purchased matching Birds. Walmart delivered them a day before we were expecting them, so that was a nice surprise. Two days later we take them out and my friends didn´t even work. She rode it up the hill and was never able to turn ride it again. Mine makes a weird noise where the back tire is. It sounds like the tire is rubbing against the back cover. Also, no matter how tight I tightened it, it still feels loose while steering (that could be a me problem) . In addition to that the bird doesnt always connect to the app. I´ll be riding the scooter and the app will say no miles and no battery. This isn´t useful, especially if I need to lock the device, or see the movement alerts on my phone. Lastly, it is just too heavy. It is heavier than the bird zero. For 645$ it just isn´t worth it. I was thinking about exchanging it for the bird air, but I went on Amazon, target and Best Buy and read a lot of similar complaints. I think this is just a poorly made product. I will return this, and look for something else.

    Great sleek design with strong battery and rides great. I like this brand because it works with Bird ap and you can lock. If stolen you can track as well as Bird with GPS included. Also, Bird can repair unit as well, which is great bonus. Worth the extra money with these key features.

    Only works for 10 minutes, then stops working
    So far our Bird is very unpredictable. It will run and then stop 10 minutes into the ride. Customer service has been terrible and we have called multiple times and always get a voicemail stating agents are busy and to call back another time. My son was so excited when he got this Bird and alive become extremely frustrating with the quality
