I received on April 20, 2021 this lamp I did not opened until sept 2021 just used it for 3 months and the switch on and off just broke today Jan.3 2021 I went to put it on and the switch is broken I will like to return it is very poor quality what do I do to return it and get my credit back please let me know how can I returned it don't have the box thus lamp has a very poor quality when I saw the type if switch I new this was not going to last please let me know how can I return it it dies not have the year warranty and I only used it for 3 months thank you waiting for you answer...

    This floor lamp is so pretty....Looks very elegant...Comes with a bulb but I bought my own, enjoy a dimmly lit living room so chose 15 watts. Would recommend this highly, could not believe the price. This is my first floor lamp......It deserves more than 5 stars. It put it together myself.

    ***Definitely Recommend This Standing Lamp ***
    I love this lamp, it's classy and blends with just about anything you throw around for furniture. It's a strong light and I never had a problem with tipping over- got a very strong base. very easy to assemble...just a matter of lining up the pole with the cord and tightening the pole. I bought this same lamp two years ago and surprised and happy to find another so I could pair them.

    Pros: - Looks nice - Can be broken into sections for easy moving Cons: - Poor quality - Crooked from base Had trouble screwing in some of the components in the middle as the machining was crooked. Once full assembled, it became apparent the base is also crooked. (Photo attached, door for straightness reference)

    no 3 levels of brightness, plus cracked glass
    I ordered 2 floor lamp . One lamp has cracked glass, it means they new about but send it to me anyway. 3 way switch adjust only on/off, no 3 levels of brightness.

    Light up this room.
    Better than what I was expecting. I got to put in a brighter bulb. It's heavy and sturdy. The way they packaged it was so helpful in putting it together. The only part that you have to be careful about is the screw bolt that connects the lamp pole together. You have to make sure that you place the part that connects the poles in correctly are it will screw in tilted.

    I love the soft lighting if torchiere lamps. This lamp not only provides that, it’s an elegant addition to my great room! It looks far more expensive than it was, has a nice heft to it, (making it very sturdy), it has a glass shade, which is next to impossible to find at thus price point, and the scrollwork at the top adds a simple understated elegance! So pleased with the purchase!
