Long wait then received a damaged product.
I purchase these chairs about a month ago. I was contacted by the shipper to see if I received them. Since I did not receive them they ordered a replacement. I received the chairs within a few days after that. However, the box was badly smashed. I have been trying to put the chairs together but, because some of the metal pieces were bent out of shape all the holes do not line up. When I try to bend them into place and put the screws in some of them get stripped or simply will not go all the way in. We are unable to assemble these chairs because of bent parts. I should be sent a replace for this. or be given a refund.

    Overall I love this set. I wish the chairs also rocked for extra movement. When I received the couch, one of the arms had a broken wicker piece. I called the customer service number and the lady was super helpful and I received a replacement part several days later. The only thing I am worried about is how this set will hold up bc I have 3 young kids and the wicker seems sort of thin and easily breakable.

    For the price Walmart needs to send what is seen.
    The set looks beautiful just one thing wrong with the set that was sent to me is the bottom of the swivel piece was crooked which made my chairs look like they lean on one side. So basically I can't have them straight.

    Comfortable but …….
    The chairs are beautiful and comfortable. They do tend to rotate or spin in weird positions which is annoying sometimes. Also, the description says it comes with chair covers but I never received any. I've called Walmart but nothing has been done to resolve the issue ?

    Beautiful, but…
    I have the whole set. The couch and tables were fairly easy to put together. The chairs, however, were a nightmare. Both chairs, left arms do not line up perfectly, so there’s no bolt in either spot, which makes me nervous. I’ve sat in them to test and they seem ok But who knows after time.

    Beautiful large chairs with very comfortable and plush pillows. I continue to receive positive feedback from neighbors! The only drawback is that the chairs swivel with the wind so adding a positioning lock feature would have been helpful. Overall, completely satisfied with the purchase.

    Perfect for Porch
    Fairly easy to put together. We followed the instructions- “Don’t tighten bolts until all are installed”. I think this helped with alignment for all of them. Overall, we love sitting on our porch enjoying these.

    I absolutely love this patio set! It is so pretty and excellent quality. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. It brightened up my patio and I sit out there every chance I get now. I bought the entire set which came with the couch, 2 swivel chairs, 2 tables and canvas covers which alone would be over $200. An awesome value! It arrived within 4 days was very easy to put together. I get so many compliments on it. After much research I am so happy I picked this set.
