Pretty but disappointed
Beautiful chairs but one of them will not face the correct way. It swivels and faces backwards so I have to use a planter to keep it turned the right direction. Disappointing.

    Great patio set!
    Very pleased with the appearance and quality of this furniture. It was relatively easy to put together - my husband assembled it in a few hours with the tools included and some from his own set. We keep the set in a covered 3-season room. We've had a few spills and the cushions clean up very nicely. Would purchase again and recommend to a friend!

    One chair is great, the other not so much
    One of the chairs is very crooked and bent. Can hardly put it together and once we were able to, after a few hours and 3 guys bending it, it is still very crooked to look at and doesn't rock or swivel correctly. Photo of the crooked, bent chair. The other chair is great though and went together smoothly!

    Chairs arrived broken! Can't get a refund!!!
    Literally the worst made products and customer service of all time! They weren't even shipped by Walmart they arrived crushed in a box by a third party delivery service. Pieces of the chairs are missing, the box was opened and then retaped by someone, and the woven parts are literally unraveling and coming off. They're physically unsafe to sit on. I was told I have to find another box (like a refrigeration box) to ship them in and send them back to Walmart. It would cost several hundred dollars. Walmart is no help and they shouldn't be selling unsafe products like this.

    HOLES DONT LINE UP!
    I want to love this set but I just can't ! The holes don't match up when trying to install the left arms ! I've tried everything to get them to fit and it's impossible! I thought it would be so easy because the instructions are very straight forward but that's not the problem the problem is the chairs are defective

    I love this set. However one of the frame pieces was snapped when we received this item. Unfortunately we didn't realize this until we had put together the other chair and almost finished with this one. Contacted customer service and they want me to return the whole set… after building it or give me 5% of the cost back. Ummm 27.50 doesn't cover an unusable chair. I'd like a replacement piece or chair

    Buy the set!
    Love love love. Bought the 5 piece set- chairs have come in but not the couch. Two people are needed for quick building (45 min total for two chairs). These are heavy duty and look far more expensive than they are. Super thick cushions. Zero regrets!! My 6'3 hubby fits comfortably.

    Lovely set
    Overall I love this set. I wish the chairs also rocked for extra movement. When I received the couch, one of the arms had a broken wicker piece. I called the customer service number and the lady was super helpful and I received a replacement part several days later. The only thing I am worried about is how this set will hold up bc I have 3 young kids and the wicker seems sort of thin and easily breakable.

    Long wait then received a damaged product.
    I purchase these chairs about a month ago. I was contacted by the shipper to see if I received them. Since I did not receive them they ordered a replacement. I received the chairs within a few days after that. However, the box was badly smashed. I have been trying to put the chairs together but, because some of the metal pieces were bent out of shape all the holes do not line up. When I try to bend them into place and put the screws in some of them get stripped or simply will not go all the way in. We are unable to assemble these chairs because of bent parts. I should be sent a replace for this. or be given a refund.

    Comfortable but …….
    The chairs are beautiful and comfortable. They do tend to rotate or spin in weird positions which is annoying sometimes. Also, the description says it comes with chair covers but I never received any. I've called Walmart but nothing has been done to resolve the issue ?
