Soft Breathable Cotton Sheets
This is a nice sheet set. The set has many features I was looking for. I chose the color grey and am happy with the shade of grey it is. It's not too dark and not too light. When I put them on the bed I didn't feel like the grey was too masculine but just right for our master bedroom. I also think the grey looks good with the victorian lilac wall color in the room. As for the fabric, I prefer cotton which I was happy to see these sheets are. They are also 400 thread count which makes them soft to touch. On first touch, these sheets are soft, even feeling more like a 600 thread count. I washed and dryed them and the softness stayed the same. I did let them sit in the dryer too long after they were dry so the pictures show wrinkles. Be sure to take them out when the dyer finishes to get a wrinkle-free look. Once I put them on the bed, I was impressed at the construction. I love fitted sheets that have the elastic all the way around versus just on the corners. These have the continuous elastic which helps the fitted sheet look well tucked and stay in place while sleeping on them. The flat sheet and two pillow cases are made well and have a bit of sheen/sparkle detailing which gives the impression of a high-end sheet set. As for how they feel to sleep on, they are soft and do not create a sweaty overheated feel. My husband tends to overheat at night and was very happy with how these sheets kept him comfortable. The fabric breathes a bit and makes for a less sweaty night time experience.

Waste of Good Money!
I bought these is August of 2020. In October of 2020, I was making the bed and my finger went right through the material! Then in November of 2020, it ripped apart at the seams of their "flex fit technology" fitted sheet! Also, I did not notice any difference with their "high-performance, temperature-regulating Hygro Cotton" sheets. I thought these would be good quality because of the Better Homes and Gardens name, which now means absolutely NOTHING to me! - What a waste of limited money!

    so in love with these sheets
    every time i put these sheets on my bed and snuggle in for the first time i realize just how much i love them. they stay cool through the night. they have that chrispness you find in overly starched hotel beds but the softness from not actually being starched. my set is just under a year old and the colors are still perfect. the head and foot ends are so easy to find when changing sheets because of the canvas type material around the elastic which holds my foam mattress (thats only 8 inches deep) perfectly night after night. i had to search my purchase history just to find these and write a review. love love love these.

    Excellent quality for an excellent price
    Excellent quality, especially for the price. Love the pattern. An overall great buy. Love them so much that I ended up buying 4 sets. Very happy with this purchase. Even my cat, who never sleeps on anything but blankets, loves them.

    Soft and keep you cool
    These sheets are perfect. They are soft and do not wrinkle much in the wash. I was looking for soft cotton sheets that keep you cool, and these are better than the very expensive department store ones I've previously bought.

    Very Soft Sheets - My New Favorite!
    I had these Better Home and Garden Performance Sheets for a little while and wanted to wait before I gave a review because from at my previous experiences, after a few washes your new sheets tend to either get softe or lose quality. Like any sheets coming straight out of the store, they are extremely soft, silky, and lightweight. After washing, the quality went down about 50% - but after washing the sheets once per week, they got back to their original quality. I live in Arizona and these were intended to be my summer sheets only because they are temperature regulating and wrinkle resistant, but after falling in love with them, they are going to stay on by bed throughout fall and winter! Includes: fitted sheet, flat sheet and 2 pillowcases.

    Better Homes 400tc Solid Hygro Ss Queen Grey Flannel, totally happy with this product the simply excellent, strong and soft high quality, the size is large that covers the entire mattress which makes it super comfortable because It doesn't move when you lying down, the color nice and clear, the cover for the pillow have a nice termination like a small decoration that looks very nice, I recommend it.

    So soft
    The Better Homes 400tc Solid Hygro Ss Queen Grey Flannel sheets are so soft. I look forward to getting into bed every night with these sheets on my bed. They are so soft and comfortable. The sheets are amazing. I run hot when I sleep and have been having an issue with my sheets always being too hot. Now with using these new sheets from better home and gardens I no longer need to sleep with the fan on. They are also great for cold nights. I have never had a night where I got into bed and my sheets were too cold or made me hot while I slept. Since it receiving these sheets I have gone out and purchased 2 more sets. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
