Exactly what I was looking for
I am so incredibly happy with this storage unit! I was very hesitant at first if the weathered color was going to go with the rest of my home decor or not but it has greatly exceeded my expectations and collaborates perfectly!!! It's not as wobbly as I thought it would be based off of other reviews for the 16 cube. I put it together with my hubby so maybe that significantly helped? Maybe the other people just didn't know how to assemble it properly lol who knows! I also really appreciate it coming with hardware to assemble to the wall in case your little one thinks it's a fun idea to climb on, it won't come falling down on them! Great added extra! I most certainly would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again if I ever need more trendy storage! :)

Terrible Quality
The quality of this unit is not good, had it for 7 months and the FABRIC cube ripped the laminate off which took a chunk out of the unit where the shelf sits in the dowel so now nothing can be placed on that shelf. Contacted Walmart and was told that bc I didn't contact them in 90 days they wont do anything. Well, it was not damaged in the first 90 days. So they do not stand by this product and seeing the quality of it, it definitely will not last that long, but longer than 90 days so Walmart should be happy. Do not waste your money.

    Nice Organizer For Toddlers Room
    I purchased this 16 cube organizer for my daughters room. My original organizer came pretty damaged. I contacted customer service and was sent out a better item. I absolutely love it. The color is slightly different than the picture but I still like it. I use it to organize my girls out of season shoes, clothes, coats , etc while still looking cute and hidden. I would order again

    Adds a lot of storage and looks nice overall!
    I would have given a 5 star but a couple of the D1 pieces, the laminate was too long and lead to a couple being bent/ creased. It was not bad but not great. I am not unhappy but if you are someone who is nit picky you will not be happy. The shelf as a whole or my floor not sure which seems slightly crooked.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The box I received from Pick-Up was damaged/opened but I gave it the benefit of the doubt.. When I got home ready to build the 16 cube organizer the only pieces missing were the complete hardware pack. I hoped it would be a simple fix so I contacted Better Homes

    Arrived damaged
    Item is heavy so I think delivery was hard. They have one delivery guy and he was struggling. Im pretty sure thats how the box came beat up and damaged. Too heavy to return myself so I kept it. Easy to put together. Still looked good if you cover up the damaged parts.

    Very sturdy
    Super impressed with how sturdy this is for the price. I'm using it for my craft room so it has a lot of heavy stuff on it, and it's holding you well. It's thick and doesn't sag. It's easy to put together too! I did it by my myself in about 45 minutes.

    Came broken
    Checked the boxes carefully upon delivery, they looked fine, however, once opened several of the boards were broken compltely through. This seems to be the number one complaint and perhaps it is time it was acknowledged and something done to correct it permanantly!!

    Sent two damaged items!
    I ordered this item off of Walmart website. The first one arrived with a huge gauge in it and it has to be sent back. I had to pack this box back up and get all 137lbs of it outside for fed ex to come pick up. They sent another that arrived three days late and that too had some damage! I didn't have time to wait for yet another pick up and delivery as we were having guests. Very disappointed

    Great product, better price
    The product is fantastic. Assembly was easy right up until the final steps - had some difficulty getting the pegs to line up at the end, but once they lined up, it fit together very securely. Two of the shelves had minor cosmetic damage at the corners that occurred during shipping, but I was able to put them on the back of the unit so they are out of sight. Make sure you have plenty of room for assembly, and assistance in lifting it.
